After a year of usage, I can say quality of streaming for included free-to-air channels is bad even if you enough bandwidth and speed. Photos are pixelized and sometimes you can't tell where an object starts and where the other ends.
None of the channels are loading, issue has been going the beginning of 2021 which is many months now and the contact center is claiming that the app is being upgraded, as if it is something regular, ridiculous excuses..
What a waste of an app...you cannot watch anything because you have to log in but it keeps giving error while trying to log in. Even tried uninstalling it and reinstalled it but still the same issue. Do not bother!!!
I could give it less than 1 star if possible. Cannot login. Giving error of incorrect username or password. All the reviews are saying the same. I am suprised that Du has not fixed this and continues to sell it and charge people.
This app does not work. for months I cannot go beyond the "password incorrect" page. Forgot password option is not working too. For 5 months the customer care service has been making me a fool with non workable solutions. Each day, each new person comes with new solutions out of their dreams. very pathetic customer care service. I wasted lot of time calling and following up on these issues. The customer care service personnels have no training or know how on the correct procedure.
Excellent application, good customer support ! If you want just to fill you phone storage you can download. Never think of using this app!! Will give u nothing beyond 'incorrect username and password'!!! Forced to put single star rating. 1/5 rating is required to post a review that's all.
Very stupid app (when it was working) cuz it's been out of service for more than 3 months now and as usual DU doesn't care about the clients even though they still selling it their packages including this unworkable app (;
Started using the du Home services at the start of this month but Du view app doesn't work, not even able to register or get the credentials. Customer centre says it's down.
Whenever i tried to login, it says "incorrect user name or password" .i reset my user id and password thrice and tried to login again but it shows the same error message.. its a waste app.
the app is very weak comprising with Etisalat elife. The control of moving between channels are very bad.
unfortunately there is no less than 1 star I tried yo login severely times but I couldn't always they are saying my password is wrong i changed it always but nothing changed from them side dont waste your time to download it 0 app
Terrible. Read all the reviews. No one can log on. Ive been waiting over a year for the to fix this, but just get the run around. so pathetic
Terrible app, I can't access my account and it always direct me to forgot password. Tried many times to change my password but still can't log in!!!
The app won't allow me to log in. I confirmed the details were correct using du.ae website. If login is fixed I will amend my rating.
Waste of Time with customer service because login issue. Always says wrong username and password. You need to fix this App as we pay the service cost !
Why does it show Wrong Username and Password even when I reset it many times and works with no problem in the Du app but not for Du View I definitely think this a scam to lure costumers...
Not able to login, forgot password link will not help to reset password. In short, we cannot login to this app.

As usual .. the worst customer service .. if Du cant fix login issue - google should remove this app from the store .. DONT INSTALL it ..

nice app if it has all functions working only few local live channels work and like all others login never works
NOT WORKING Is it some sort of false advertisement that you have VIEW app? If it's not working then don't advertise with it ! Before registering they said you can view all channels on your phone anywhere but here we are, wrong username and password keeps popping. Thanks for nothing
