Mode change - Radio, USB, Bluetooth, iPod, Aux in
Radio - FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2 and 7-channel Weather band. Seek/Tune frequencies, Access the preset stations, Store the radio stations etc.
USB input - Playback the music from USB connected to the source unit. Search the songs in music list, ID3 display (Song Title, Artist, Album), Track Up / Down, Play / Pause
Bluetooth - Music streaming, Play / Pause, Track Up / Down, ID3 tag display (Song Title, Artist, Album)
iPod/iPhone/iPad control - Playback the music from iPod/iPhone/iPad connected to the source unit via USB port, Play / Pause, Track Up / Down, ID3 Tag Display
Auxiliary input - Audio control
3 Zone speaker control (Zone 1, 2, 3)
7 Preset EQ curves (Pop, Rock, Jazz, Classical, Beat, Flat, User)
3 Band tone control (Bass/Mid/Treble)
For some models, the Dual iPlug app operates just as a remote controller.

Literally broke my headunit. I connected with the app once, immediately glitched the interface and refuse to turn off even when car was off, so I unplugged and plugged back in to prevent battery drain. No longer works or powers on at all.
not very much to do with the radio from the app, and everything that the app can do is no more than having a shortcut I'm using your actual wall radio. I found it easier to use my steering wheel remote control over using the app.
Tried all of the Dual iPlug apps (there's 3), none of them gets past the Bluetooth connection pont, which it isn't able to establish, even though I am already connected to the player. GARBAGE APPS !!
mediocre. it would be super great if there were dvd player controls or working screens for the different settings. i wouldn't mind beta testing. but it could defenantly be more...more.
Garbage. Non of the features came up and a few functions worked. Waist of time. Not a way to boost your brand.
Just purchased a new car stereo for Christmas. Everything operated fine until I used the app. Turned the stereo off using the app and now it will not turn back on.
This app doesn't work. It won't sync with your phone and radio. Even when you're radio is Bluetooth to it.
This app actually bricked my player. Screen no longer folds out. Unit does not turn on anymore...just blue lights. Thanks dual,
Works great it just means a setting icon so you can change the settings on your radio from your phone please and thank you
The app never even works so I can't use my phone without an aux cable.
App wont start. Says pair phone even though already paired and working for calls and music

Only has the last screen shown and freezes up all the time. So how do you get to the other screens?!?!?
Useless garbage. Using poor grammar it tells me to pair the device first even though it's already paired.
Need to connect with app before you pair phone to get it to connect properly besides that works good

I downloaded this app and pushed the power button and now my stereo system won't come back on

Broke head unit, wouldnt power off after using app now im stuck without a radio

DUAL is not even worth one star! I read all 3 apps review from Dual, what brought me here today for this app is because my Volume control broke, then remote stop working! I've only had this head unit for 2 years, it's the most worse POS ever bought from Walmart. I'm switching back to Kenwood from bestbuy asap. At least there products last longer and works. (I've tried the app in the past, didn't work) only way I can get my unit to work now is mute/unmute then touch screen volume fast. 🤦♀️
