Awful service. I made a complain and attached all documents required. They sent me a reference number. After a day it was mentioned as solved. When i asked a friend to call as i moved from Dubai they told him that the company i had complained for was closed and left the country. They also told him that I should communicate with the police as they were handling the situation. This was totally wrong. Company is still existing. Why?????? Was it a joke? I still have the name and reference number.
can't use the app. when trying to create an account it doesn't accept any passwords. it says it must contain one capital letter and one special character and I am including both but it still won't accept it.
Can't log in after creating account. Changed the password (depsite using it 5 mins prior to create an account) and still invalid credentials. Frustrating. Uninstalled after 10 mins.
I made a complaint on 2nd April and I got a call from them today 13th April, because there was so much of delay, i already asked the company for refund and solved the issue myself. The way the support agent spoke to me, I felt like this is their normal way of handling cases, deliberately following up late so that we give up and do something ourself. Terrible experience.
account created successfully. I have seen many of the users are facing issue with the login. please note: after creating an account you will be provided with the activation link by SMS, once the linked webpage opened the confirmation SMS will be given. App is useful, great job and good luck!
The chat does not respond. Also once I log a complaint and it is marked as closed, I don't get to see what was the resolution. Besides, there's no view where I can see all the complaints I have logged (though I am logged in)
Installation successful. Account creation successful. And created enquiry about something immediately got case ID number by message, after one day i received message that my case closed successfully. But I didn't get any solution about my enquiry.
Very Poor. Installed, how ever application is not starting and keep crashing. Did uninstall and reinstall but meet with same...Not able to use it at all
Such a shame to receive very poor customer service and not fix my problem, ignore and close my complaint without resolving it specially in Government app. Will not suggest to anyone use this app cuz it's useless and not problem solving. Shame
Easy, effective, and fast. The employees are really helpful and keeps u updated, as well as they follow up with you.

Hi Dubai consumer, I register the app, but I can't login, please it's mention invalid continuous, after changing password too
My case was open for more than one month and ended up with ticket closures saying not compatible with consumer protection laws.
No use with this system. The customer agent didn't hear the side of consumer. They close the complaint without explanation.its a Waste of time

Unable to login, it says invalid credentials even after trying to login by changing password.
Installing the app was ok, however, it is not helpful with the complaints, they just give u a number, someone called with no clear solution and then they close your complaint.
I can't give even 1 Star, responded after 12days, and not able to exchange my stuff from the shop. Very poor facility

Very disspointed with your service, you talk about customer happiness with all the bells and whistles but you don't practice what you preach. With my regular follow up it took 9 days to respond to my complaint just to tell me that it's not your responsibility! Even though its in Dubai but not within your authority? Registered companys in Dubai should not charge for extra credit card processing fees. Its illegal. I will take this further.
Can't register. An app that fails at the registration point should be deleted
I filed a complaint on a supermarket that refused to do refund, so it tooks five days for my issue to be resolved and eventually I received back my money, all the appropriation and respect for this service.
I can't believe at all Dubai consumer service it's like that.... what is good, it's experience for the future to be careful when you buy, coz no one take care after sell...
I am unable to access the app. My account has been activated however I'm unable to login. It gives me an error msg. Just registered the account few minutes ago. And activated. App is of good purpose fix the bug Pls. Regards
