Not working. Trying to take police clearance certificate but problem with photo uploading
By using the application it help us to know all details specifically fine details and payment methods so easy
Super easy and very user friendly and if you get stuck it's backedup by an excellent call centre service .
Very helpful app but need some tweaking updates for older and low spec phones. I used nokia 2 but could not complete the process for colour change certificate as in the middle way of process after filling the text when i click on photo to snap a photo from the vehicle , the app will restart(with blank text boxes). I tried to take photos first and then fill text boxes but there also i found out that before completing the photos the app will restart.support of weaker spec phones is required.
User friendly and helpful
I selected my pending fines for settlement. I than received an OTP which I updated and then there were few more options to select and ok the payment. I retracted back fm the app without the final payment selection. As a last minute change of mind I decided to make the fine payment via my bank app. Later I received bank advise confirming payments done by both options. Now I am checking for refund option of the over payment but not successful so far.
Very bad experience. I have been trying to pay fines for Smart Impound. I am getting error messages. When I called customer care, they are just transferring the call to customer service to technical support and to and fro. Frustrating!
It's suddenly not opening the apps. Just the welcome screen and then force closing it. The new chat feature is stuck with the OTP. Whenever I am providing a new OTP it's not accepting even though it's correct. Never been disappointed such this time.

Unreliable, automatically auto filled my plate no in Licence field and now I have got incorrect report. I have to waste my time and go to the police station to fix it as it does not have the option to raise amendment requests. Needs lots of improvement.
Selecting date of birth is pathetic. Have to swipe till you reach your year and month. Some must select category doesn't respond. Eventually we have to visit police station making app useless Please fix those issues
This app is not working i want to pay my fine but after otp this app is again taking me to the main menu😔😔😔pls fix it..
Tried to apply for clearance certificate, the verification otp number is never sent and unable to proceed. Tried on the website, does not work either. Despite all of this technology one still has to go to the station to get things.
You must have a local phone number to use this app so if you are a tourist or a visitor don't bother yourself
On 16 May 2022, I asked the Dubai Police for a help and I am very thankful to all Policemen for their immediate high quality sevices while helping me unswering for my unjusual request. Thank you brothers once again.
It's a great app, I use it in my daily work as security, their response is really fast, its very helpful.
