Underdeveloped rubbish. Been trying for a week to get my profile details corrected. "Support" just emails back "done" . But nothing changes Also, a web based version would be so much easier to use, but it does not exist. Very unhappy.
This app needs some serious testing. You can't just roll out an app where you do a payment and it gets deducted from the bank. Then you show an error. Minutes later i receive payment confirmation. App is very slow and lots of non working functionality. Stop rolling apps which does not work focus on quality rather propaganda! This is way below Dubai Standards. Shame...
Not able to download the Ejari certificate It gives an error saying "Cannot Display PDF (Print_contract_xxxxyyyyyyydddggg.pdf is of invalid format)" . Kindly fix the same. I only downloaded this application for this reason so I don't have any other concerns. I am using a Samsung note 9 device with Android 10 installed on it.
It is taking almost a month to process the login request. I have an ejari and I am trying to login for renewal using ID or mobile number however, till now I am still receiving "Individual not found". Even I am trying to login using UAE Pass which is already verified and upgraded, and it still gives the same message "not found".
Why do I need an approval from owner for Ejari renewal, if I have all the files to be uploaded with me? I can go to the service center and submit the same details and get this renewed. Whats the point of this app? Waste of time.
As usual another worthless gov. app. I wanted to cancel Ejari. In website they are promoting if we do through app would be free of charge. Unfortunately there is no option. I beleive it is a scam to download the app and showing off.
2 start because I don't even know how the functions will work. Can't verify e-mail because i never received any verification link despite several attempts. Now not even receiving code on mobile. Lot of improvement is required.
Pathetic experience. Cant get my company ejari. Why did they switch from previous one running good to this one where u will be left wondering whether you need diploma in IT to surf this app.
Guys, please fix the registration issue and update your emirates ID database. I tried to register but it says that there is no data. I tried so many times that now I remember my ID number by heart. Please fix it.
As a tenant doesn't let you do anything, even though it is mentioned some services can be done! You can't renew your Ejari contract. You can't register as a tenant through any mean.
App envisioned by a visionary country, app developed by people who has no idea what that vision is. Heavy UI, unwanted third party code, and appalling user experience.
Cancelled requests still show as rented. Then I have to send mail for technical support team to refresh system. It's illogical.
please fix the app it alwats give the error 500 and if i email to support@dld they ask to login again on the website. which is NOT helpful at all because i need to renew ejari and it only allowd to renew ejari through app.. so please help me out in this
Bad App; does not work or logs in at all. Needs redevelopment and improvement.
Unable to register as there is no link to EID, residency visa or UAE pass. Very frustrating. Please fix the issue.

It was working till I updated with 30-Sep-2020 updates and now it won't open. Please resolve this.
I have used the app before september it was good. Now it is not working. Very bad that the upgrade has spoil it. ?!
It is not working with me after added DOB, even the support teams unable to solve my issue.
Good app but not really helpful on Ejari, it asks for approval from landlord & they can't even receive OTP if 1 goes to do Ejari in person they don't need approval. So what's the point.
It was very nice experience with this application. I registered 2 contracts using this application.it is very user friendly and easy to use
It is a unique application that covers DLD services quite comprehensively and up to standards in all ways. I can see many negative reviews over here of people who are just accustomed to Facebook and Tiktok and cannot understand this one...
App is crashed . I can not open it . I need to file for security deposit case . Please fix this issue . Many thanks .
It's a stupid app. Inspite of providing valid credentials it displays a message "invalid ID"
Hopeless app, it checks for update during startup and closes automatically.
Great app.. got my Ejari easily, I just had to enter my Dewa number and the contract number Sent to my email by the land department.
Useless app. Needs owner approval for ejari even after uploading all required documents. Whats the logic. Time waste.

The app doesn't work. I registered a month ago and the registration never got processed successfully. Land Department forwards me to Eres Support, that has been unable to fix my issue for weeks. They just keep sending the same message back stating "It's fixed, please login" or "It's fixed, register again". It's been more than 4 emails with the save reply. So sad something like this would happen in Dubai.
