App stopped generating service requests numbers. We place the request and there is no notification by sms like before.
Love this community. The service they provide is very professional. The app works perfect for service and information.

Although often works to register maintenance request, but it is extremely poor App. Everything needs improvement, e.g., editing, monitoring, speed, user interface, features, user controls, follow up, opening, etc. Perhaps will improve in future.
Not useful can not log in most of the time
I did not even get beyond the registration and then it started giving "incorrect credentials" message. Total waste of time. I even doubted it's a scam, better hire more experienced programmers.
Wanted to rate it to 0 star. I tried calling and sending emails regarding my registration issue with this app. Your staff assured me that they have fixed and updated my details. But until now I cannot access it. Chasing you since March 2020. Even in my emails im begging you to update and fix the errors.
Its extremely pathetic app, was working fine prior to lockdown, seems like developers did not get paid and no one cares about the app. Send several emails with screen shoots however issues still not yet resolved. People giving high rating here and are saying tenants since 10 yaers are fake.
Unable to type on the app since doesn't support edditing/deleting characters. Repeated push notification for same notification. Followup request throw error and cannot save
Can't register my number and email is invalid when I add the underscore. No reply from them and can't even get them to answer the phone so I can sort out all the maintenance issues they've left me with.
Very bad experience. Very long time to load. Options for follow on service request are dimmed. Status of the request doesn't update and to get the latest update you need to call the call center to get updates.
Unnecessarily long formalities and conditions. Even banks apps are simple when compared to this. After following all those ridiculous steps even, I could not log in from the link !
Bad App. It gets close while check further. Only maintenance request this is fine. Other things, this won't work. They should make this right.or else close the App.
Couldn't even register. Followed their rules for password creation, then was repeatedly told I hadn't followed the Password Policy. Useless
I couldn't even register. it tells me wrong email as soon as I type an underscore in my email and what I try with phone number it's the same issue. I'm installing specially after I read the reviews

Very bad, Since 1 week I'm trying to move out, still unable to get NOC for empower disconnection, and calling on 8009999, They just answer and telling us they will Forward this request to concern them and will call me back, but after 15 call there is nothing.........no one called me no one even loking intrested to solve the issue....... Very bad experience................. I stuck here unnecessary
App is not allowing me to register and login to the app. I am looking for a studio/1bhk on rental basis.

Its very easy and convenient to raise any requests and it gets resolved ASAP. Thanks to the DHAM management
Unable to raise a Maintenance request... there is no option to select the service category and the App does not allow me to submit the request without selecting it.
I downloaded the app and it does not recognize any of my credentials to log in. Please check this issue.
After the latest update I cannot register maintenance request.. the app crashes when I try to do so
The app is not working properly, I am not able to see my requests, old or new. I have raised this issue since April and no feedback snd requests are being ignored. Very disappointing...
