awful app. Do NOT waste your time. doesn't work at all. The app keeps crashing and signing you out. I tried to book a cab several times, and it just kept crashing on me. The one time it didn't log me out thebooking never went through. Was never able to successfully book a cab, which Is embarrassing since that's the whole point of the app. Just pick up the phone and call instead
Slow, clunky, seems like it's about to fail whenever it does anything and lacks any decent features, like pre-pay or being able to contact you're driver when they somehow can't find you, let alone being skint on details of the car coming etc. Somehow still managed to get a cab though.
Horrible app....it directed the taxi to an address that is 2 houses down from me (even though my instructions in the app were explicit)...when I was informed that the taxi had 'arrived' I didn't see him out front. I had to step outside to find the taxi in the wrong place. Too far to shout (and it was raining)... so I tried using the app to call (as it was the only option for contacting the driver) and it crashed the app. Tried twice, no luck... This app made the driver and I look like idiots.
Arrival time generally really good, booking taxi's is easy and finding your current booking under "history" is handy. it pairs you with a driver and you can follow the driver on the map to see where they currently are, I always get a call when they are very close too.
Used to work ok, now the app constantly crashes, no longer works to book a taxi, just get errors that it is out of the service area when it has worked in the past. The latest update on Nov 9 2018 also hasn't fixed anything.
App works well but I gave it a 3/5 because the interface doesn't look super polished and I'm unsure if it is a problem with the Android version however the map doesn't update in real time.
Lags a bit when the cab is getting closer, but pretty easy to navigate/use. Didn't have issues with crashing like others have recently noted.
It's ok. Visually, looks like the past, something from the 90's. But it worked and was more or less easy to use. LastPass doesn't seem to like it.
Had an early flight and booked a cab with this app late the night before. App is pretty straight forward to use. Wonderful to see my cab arrived when I was still 12 floors up and heading to the elevator.
The app functions the way it should but the interface definitely needs a face lift. It's also pretty slow.
Very helpful app, I work at a busy restaurant and this saves me phone time for calling cabs for my customers. I also use this myself personally and no complaints.
great idea unfortunately the GPS locator isn't even close to getting the address you are at. you have to manually add. I also it it in the remarks hoping the drive will read them.
This is great that they have ordering online. We live close to a hospital so taxis abound the area. Response was quick from Jatinder and he came quickly too. I would have given it 5stars if the coordination of address was right the first time, which probably happened becsuse of extreme weather-50 celcius. February 17, 2019 As always, response is quick. Taxi was assigned to Manpreet 289 in a few minutes.
Fantastic for booking, nice to skip the call waiting. Crashes fairly often, which is pretty annoying.
App crashes when trying to contact driver. Also, 1st driver requested did not pick us up but the request was labelled as completed and I was asked by the app to rate the request. I had to make another request.
The app doesn't work at all. I have installed and uninstalled multiple times already but the app always crashes. Can't even log in.
This App really needs to be redesigned, it glitches a lot, sometimes it doesn't work at all, would be awesome if they made it better
It's always crashing when you book an appointment. Can never call support centre from it. Customer service at the call centre is even worse
Don't know how they make money when you're on hold forever on the phone and you can't book a cab on the app because it crashes constantly. garbage!
App continually crashes on startup. Tried reinstalling and clearing cache/data with no luck.
The app is relatively easy to use and is reliable. Can be a little slow on slower devices.
Aside from the odd glitch the app is quite convenient. Much better than sitting on hold forever. 😁
Usable but awful. The app consistently crashes every time I order a taxi. That being said, it still orders the taxi before crashing which is the most important part. After rebooting the app a few times, it seems to work, but it's so annoying trying to get the taxi to begin with. The app worked (mostly) fine before this recent big update, now it's just frustrating.
