I've never had a problem from the first time using this app until now.. Since updating this app on July 17th, I can no longer log on to it. I have to go to the website to view my bank info. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. The app is a very convenient tool when it works properly.

The app is ok but the mobile check part is horrible. I had to try 4 times before my check went through. Everytime it told me to "center the check" and "write for remote deposit only" i did that. I still had to do it 4 times and take the same pictures over and over. Very frustrating. Because if you cant get it to go through then what? Will the bank deposit it after its written with the mobile deposit thing? And you know it takes forever for a company to rewrite a check. Oh it was only 36.43!!

Does everything I need a banking app for and more. The developer team did an excellent job and balancing a full, feature rich application while maintaining an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Yet another reason why I am a loyal DuGood FCU customer!

The mobile check deposit needs to be fixed. I do remote deposit with two other banks and theres is much more efficient. I have yet to get one check to deposit out of 10 attempts. The picture keeps cropping out the account numbers at the bottom no matter how far away I am.

The app makes it super easy to check my balance for both my personal and business account; except when the biometrics don't recognize my fingerprint and I can't remember my password being inadvertantly locked out of my account.

App is decent... but the mobile deposit feature needs MAJOR work. Of all the financial institutions I have used over the years, this is by far the worst mobile deposit feature!!! Approx every 5th deposit works... but only after 3 attempts. :(

Love being able to use this! The only thing I don't like is reviewing the check deposit pic multiple times before finishing.

It has some bugs but mostly very accurate. UPDATE: This is a very user-friendly, app and it makes banking for Seniors very easy.

Ease navigation and super user friendly

This app is amazing! I am able to check my account balance and move money between checking and savings instantly! I have never had a problem with this app!

User friendly and sufficient for my financial needs. However I did have problems when I tried to use the Zelle that is in the app, otherwise I think i would have given a five star review.

I absolutely LOVE this app. I can literally do all my banking through the app and I've had no problems at all!! FANTASTIC!

Everyone is very kind, efficient and professional. I like that anytime I call I can talk to a person not a machine. If your looking for a bank that makes you feel like family, this is the bank for you!

The updates are great. Even we elderly people are able to maneuver through it. Thanks a lot.

You cannot pay your credit card off with ur debit card throught the app after the update. Horrible.

Great app only thing I don't like is the ability to instantly lock your debt card or being able to see activities on other accounts
