You should have a bill pay app. I can't pay my electric bill with this app. I was at least hoping for a link within the app that would take me to a bill page.

Make it to where you can see your account and pay your bill and then I will give it 5 stars. If it's good enough to use and easy to navigate through.

What is the use of having an app when it is useless can't go to check my account or pay my bill.

It's ridiculous that a billion dollar company can't provide a means to do something simple like pay my bill.

You can't pay your bill, so unless you're a stock holder you're wasting your data.

I rather have the option to pay through the app rather than just read about stuff.

This app keeps stopping. Information is good. Better to view on a tablet than a phone.

With as large as a company that Duke Energy is you would think they had n application download to your phone I let you pay.

This should be better labeled. With all the digital platforms out there to pay o line please make this one.

Where does it say anything about being able to see your bill??? Read the app description before downloading it and then leaving negative feedback...retards.
