This app will give you a broad range of different exercises with and without dumbbells and boasts a simple to use interface. We give you different options on how to approach fitness. You can either look at each individual routine, each individual workout or check out our 6 week program designed to get you in shape. This 6 week program was created by a certified personal trainer. Your body is important and your fitness drives your day.General Rules:1. Always use good form. A good controlled set will recruit more muscle fibers verses throwing the weight around.2. Do 1 set with a lighter weight. Then increase the weight for the next set and then increase the weight for the next set. If you can complete 10-12 with proper form then increase the weight by 5-10 lbs.3. Lower the weight in a controlled motion. To many people forget about the negative portion (lowering) as this is just as important as the lifting.

Useful app for those with limited equipment. I especially appreciate the unique recipes section in the app. Although I was disappointed to find that you can't log or save a personal workout routine, also the free app symbol look better than the pro. Overall good but some improvements could be made

Love this app. On my second week and I've noticed an improvement. The workouts are displayed for you and 20 to 30 minutes is plenty of time to complete your workout. Lost 6 pounds
