Routines don't include rest time, so the time to complete is completely wrong. If the routine has 20 sets, you need a minimum 60secs rest between sets so 19min rest plus 20min work out time - factor in warm up and cool down and that 20min routine is actually closer to 50min. One advanced routine has 45 sets you'll be in the gym half the day! Supersets could reduce the workout time but app doesn't provide suggestions on this. The best feature is the per bodypart exercise list. I used that twice..
I started using this app about 3 months ago to guide me through my workouts. I've never lifted weights before and I needed to lose 40 lbs. So far in 3 months I've dropped 10 lbs but went from a 40 inch waist to a 36. I love that I can see someone doing the exercise and they have it broken out by muscle groups.
Useful app to learn techniques. The demo pics would be more useful if they were actual videos so you could see the full movement.

Wish I could create full personalized routine
It's good but in schedule of three week, day 1 open for beginners and then alternate days are mention by "cardio "excercise but this was not opened. Why?
It doesn't cover abs at all. It doesn't target specific muscles.

Very nice app... Exercises r perfect for beginner! But they should add a automatic and digital calender log for exercises... And reminder... Add stretching and warm up as well... Also they can add diet planner.
So useful and decent application

Great for beginners and advanced peiple witb limited equipment. Love the food recipes in the app. Took a star off because i wish the recipes would mention how much protein approximately includes on each dish. Or a nutrimental table. Other than that the app those a great job overall.
Something for everyone of every ability. For those of us who enjoy working out at home this is an affordable option. 👣

Health tips not working
I like this app it amazing
Used to work great and used it daily, however since the last update workouts won't open and crashes the app. UPDATE: I cleared the cache and all seems to be ok now (amended rating)
The best dumb bell work out I have tried. Good interfaces for groups of exercises , routines and schedules. The clarity of the videos needs improvement though.
