Great free app. It takes a bit of customizing to get your workout solid, but overall it's a good gym app.. the free version is anyways. Paid version? Not so much. It locks customizing your entire workout behind a pay wall so you can't even preview it, but you only get to pick from their listed exercises, and there's no simple way to copy or adjust anything.. wanna add a workout in the middle of your set? delete every set, add the new one, then manually re-add everything from scratch. annoying

Downloaded the app and used same. It's simple and the exercises are great. You can increase the reps and the weight however you like...but that's for premium users only. The premium fee is a one-time payment which I was happy to give up, so it's OK. However, I'd suggest they add warm-ups for beginning each cycle and stretches to end the exercises. There should also be way MORE variety in this app than there currently is. Too few exercises.

Great, could be better. I have already seen results after one week. I don't really like how it's in black and white. I like the amount of customization you can do to your workouts, but I wish they would add planks to the list exercises.

It's not bad. I'd give it a 4 star but there are a few issues. 1. The full body workout is more of an upper body workout than a full body workout. There are only 2 leg workouts and a lot of arm workout which shouldn't be so. 2. Kindly add more workout categories. Like arm, chest, legs, back, core and include more workout varieties.

I really like this app. I have been using it for about 1 year for the full body workout and can see and measure the improvements. I paid the minimal fee to have an ad free experience.

Easy enough to follow, challenging enough to keep going. Just adjusted the weights to fit my level.

Best app I've used yet. Does what it does best. Syncs with Google Health. Doesn't bombard me with ads. Win.

Brilliant, I haven't actually used it yet, and it's either free for some, or...a ONE TIME PURCHASE, no brainer really!

After years of procrastination, saying to myself that I would get back into some form of exercise routine and failing miserably I came across this app and so far so good. It is basic but that is a great start with no distractions or gimmicks yet at the same time this simplicity is it's strength. It is well laid out and a breeze to use, with tailored progression and the ability to customise your routines in the future. A good foundation for greater things in the future. Thank you.

Solid, could use some dev love. I purchased the app and I don't regret it. I still use it regularly. Some things that would make this STELLAR and a 5 star app: - ability to move the workouts around, or highlight the one you're on - ability to copy an existing workout, edit, and save as a new one for a variation - adding a "rest day" option for a day - ability to do sets in a circuit - bigger catalog of exercises - share workouts for others to try or get inspired on

Good but i want custom exercises like in the sportsman app! Frustrating that i can't use one app for my workout.

This is awesome! You can set the reps however you like, and the rest time can also be arranged up to you. Love that it has animation for the workout as well!

Great app. Main feature is the interactive following of the workout list with the rest timer. The animations are nice if you are starting with an exercise, though eventually it's just a visual cue that the rest time has ended. Being able to customize the workout is definitely great. It would be amazing if the customization could go further to allow us to enter new exercise names. Pretty much more than half of the exercises I do are not in the list, and it seems unlikely you could be able to compile a completely extensive list, all with matching animations. Right now to follow my workout I have to choose some other exercises and remember what is the actual ones I need to do each time. As I pick up new and unlisted exercises this will become unbearable. The app becomes much less useful than it could be. At first I also thought it would be nice to be able to set different weights for the sets. It's actually maybe not that useful, it's not hard to remember the weights for me. Number of reps is not so useful also if you are just training to failure. It might be more useful to be able to log the weight and reps after the exercise. So here is my feature request, please allow us to enter custom exercise names!

Like the various guided workouts and the graphics. The voice is a little robotic but who cares. A few oddities. If I want to interrupt a workout, it asks me if I want to quit or save it. However, I can't find any way to actually open the saved workout and continue! Also, no idea if the app updates the canned workouts as you progress. Right now I'm in the Beginner 3 days/week workout with 16 lb dumbells. Does this change as I use the app? No idea, documentation is scarce! I have paid version

Programmable! For a small one time contribution I made my own workout program with the exercises I need and want. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if it was voice reactive, i.e., if I could just say next set or exercise without having to put the weights down. A little annoying when on a bench and need to get up and then back again. Otherwise, I love it.

Amazing app which it had a little more color and animation to show which body part to isolate and train. As in bend over where shall I focus more. And the rep should vary depending which no. Of set is going on, I agree that it gives a option to change but what if I don't want to change it manually. Been using this app for a while now, have recommended to plenty of people already.

The app is great. I would have given it 5 stars, but it is missing exercises like decline bench press. It would also be nice to be able to drill down beyond the visual animation and get some tips on do's and don'ts for a particular exercise if needed. Perfect practice makes perfect. The app should also have a way to contact the developer and give feedback from within the app.

Nice app, easy to use, not one those ad swarming apps, and i really like the fact that the premium version is a one time cheap payment instead of a really expensive monthly payment. Only thing that's missing for me is the option to choose which dumbells you have, and let the app change it for every workout, and change the amount of reps accordingly. Because I hate having to manually change the dumbells on each workout and then having to change the reps. Otherwise fun app.

Almost Perfect! I decided to try this app as I want to lose the last of my baby weigh & tone up & I've read that lifting weights is the key to helping achieve this. I also don't have the time or money to spend at a gym & this app offers great home workouts with dumbbells. The videos are easy to follow and there are levels to suit everyone's different needs. The app itself is free but you can pay a small fee to upgrade if you want to. I only wish you could set reminders at a time that suits you!

A wonderful little app! It's user friendly and the variety of workout routines are well suited for quick and efficient workout sessions. The number of reps for each exercise is adjustable throughout the routine. And when the session is over, the app even gives you a percentage breakdown of the different zones you worked on. I'm really enjoying this app.

mic. k. Sep 7, 2019

Really easy to use app, sure the email address thing that keeps popping up but the way the app works makes up for that. I love the ease of picking the 5 day split, 3 day split, and weightloss. I like that once you finish each set the timer runs for the rest period and then moves onto the next set or next exercise depending. No faffing about just easy to use.

Kel. L. Nov 3, 2021

Opinion falls I initially liked this app enough to give it 5 stars and purchased the full app (started with the free version) However, the exercises haven't changed. There is no variation AT ALL. Once I have completed the section (example: Full Body, 3 days/week) it gives me the same exact exercises instead of installing new ones for variation in the muscle groups. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

sha. j. Jul 20, 2019

Great App. I like the animation showing the start/end position for each exercise. Had to adjust the default weight settings. I only give it 4/5 stars because there's no information on each exercise. As a beginner, I would've benefitted from a wiki/tool tip or help section that would identify in detail the intent of the exercise, the correct muscle group and posture, and how to identify and correct if you are doing an exercise wrong, and alternatives if you experience any phyisical limitations.
