By and large this is a very good program. Paid version gets you extra weeks but they are pretty much the same as the ones you get for free. Also there are a few areas of contradictory information. For example the in the information section it states you should keep the workouts to 45 min or less. However each day consists of 8 exercises and it takes me at least an hour to get through them. Are you suppose to do only some of the exercises? But all in all a good program. Started noticing in 3-4 wks.

An Image is Worth a Thousand Words: Though the routines are each I tad too long for my own personal taste (and availability) they are great nonetheless, working out every single bit of your muscles! So, whatever your intentions are (just getting in shape like myself or becoming a frog-like gym bunny/thug, this app is surely going to get you all worked out, so as to speak. But, as the first sentence of this review implies, there's something rotten in the kingdom of Denmark: it's a real, I mean, a TOTAL BORE to click on the animated GIFs for a new exercise and find out, to my utter disappointment, that their accompanying illustrations won't just load!! How many times was I trying to keep my warm up er. "up". in between exercises, just to have it all thrown out of the window because the little buggers won't simply show up! It got so bad, that I got into the habit of, whenever face with a new exercise, simply do a Google Images search for the exercise - in order to be able to follow up its instructions more thoroughly. Please, fix that! The way it is, is pretty frustrating and counter-productive; and I'm pretty sure it might as well be something easy to sort out.
