There is only one routine. Could benefit from a workout calendar and some advice on dumbbell weights to use. You also need a bench and a ball to do the 30 day challenge. Would love to see/hear people's reviews that have actually completed the 30 day challenge.

In the 30 day challenge, the pictures for how to do each part of the workout won't load, it's just the text which can be hard to interpret without a diagram. Please get the pictures back
