This game was recommended to me by my friend and its actually pretty fun the types of monsters has an actually interesting art style its a game where you can go back to from time to time when bored. The gameplay is easy to understand. At first you dont get that much like prisoners and types of dungeon style but collecting and combining monsters and facilities are actually really interesting and fun.
The pixel art is nice, the mechanics are deep, and there's alot of fun synergies to try. Story mode didn't disappoint me, however the game requires a specific set of choices through dialogue, and the wrong answer will make you reset your run. I'd love to have a continue. There are a ton of monsters to collect, a fusion system, and no requirement to spend any more money than the initial price for the game. The dlc lacks imo, but all in all, a fun time sink.
Honestly a really good game, has a lot to it that you wouldn't expect at first, very in depth and satisfying, I am a bit confused on how the normal mode goes into the story mode with one specific lord, other than that the game is a 5/5 really fun and engaging.
Been playing this game since November of 2018. It is simply freakin' amazing! The cost was just, the game is fun and best of all.... the devs keep adding and tweaking the game to make it EVEN BETTER! Thanks guys! Oh, and this rating wasn't even solicited! :D Update 4 years later!: There is now even more content! And I only paid the initial fee... Can't wait to see if there are other games from you guys, I love both!
Really fun, updates are great, spent a lot of time on this game and I can absolutely say the worst part is dark lord being able to kill itself. It's the dumbest thing that happens on 99% of higher level runs, unless the certain skill that stops it. It interferes with the rest of your runs just to not die immediately
Good game over all. Only one DLC you need to pay for. Still on the fence if it was worth it. The Normal mode is nice but if you go for the full 1,000 days expect to spend 12hrs or more doing it. It is not pay to win. Only 2 grips/wishs I have is. First no npc costumes in the gem pool. Or give a paid way to get them. Waste of gems on the random pulls. Second a way to set the game to auto follow the path you set and bundle the rewards at end of that set of 20 days or failed mission.
The translation is really bad, many of the cards don't do what they say and/or they're really vague using terms inconsistently (and they want you to buy a CCG mode! 😂). The UI is very clumsy and hard to use also. -- The balance is way off for most modes (like in one mode prisoners convert in a few moves and in another it will be the end of time first; many balance issues). The challenge rewards are a lie, they say you get 30x gems but you're lucky if you get any.
A fairly entertaining game to pass time. Repetitive gameplay, but with all the available modifiers you unlock as you progress further, it adds a bit more charm for each playthrough. So far so good. Haven't tried out the DLC, but I'll give it more thought after I unlock over 60% of the stuff in-game.
It is a very good game, and one of the few dungeon series of game that give you the bang for your buck. I like the fact that you don't have to pay to get everything, that you can just earn everything. Its a very interesting experience. I hope we get a sequel that either expands or gives us a heros version of this in the future.
Long time player I still find myself spending hours theory crafing fun and OP synergies because of the deep mechanics. If you like Path of Exile for its complexity, here is another game to try. There are plenty of times that the game feels repetitive though which I blame on the music. I usually play on mute most of the time. I also feel like I should not play it in public. Still its a joy seeing the grind pay off and be worth it while your long time thought about strategies come together.
I really like this game. Very expansive unlike other mobile games. Very good support and updates. Overall, very good.
Great gameplay, although a bit of a learning curve. Nonetheless, very refreshing that ads are not present and it is even discouraged to pay to win, as everything can be earned in-game. Keep it up!
The game is fun but it's soooo visually boring. It almost feels like an idle game at some points. I wish the rooms actually looked like rooms and not just a symbol. Eventually the game gets to the point where it's just a bunch of particles and flashing lights and you can't even tell what's happening. Maybe if there's ever a sequel to this game that would be a great addition
Bought this about six or seven hours ago. I'm still playing... better than a whole lot that's similar to this (that also cost money). I completely recommend this since it isn't a grind-your-balls-off-to-make-at-least-a tiny-bit-of-progress kind of game. It allows you choose two characters to progress with. So for about half an hour or less (didn't keep time), you'll be able to rebirth and gain a whole lot of points to try to unlock other dungeon masters which isn't hard. Not really repetitive!
Amazing game. Beautiful pixel girls and creatures. Bought it twice now. I love the updates and the rework they done over the years. I lose hours playing.. way too addicting.
I have mixed feelings about some of the later updates, but all in all I have quite enjoyed the game. the random UI changes every now and again make it a little difficult to continue, but still fun to play. I am slightly confused on some aspects, however. I notice that Transcend skin and ability still says "acquire through Challenge Mode," and yet Challenge Mode is no longer available. Are we going to see this fixed soon, or is there just something I'm missing?
the newest UI update is really nice and unlocks a lot of QoL improvements, but I do miss being able to tell when I give a piece of equipment to my monsters, how it effects their stats. I've tried various ways, but it doesn't look like it displays the stat changes when you get a piece of equipment and click a monster, which is a little annoying when it comes to outfitting your dark army. but other than that, the game's been great, and I really love it! it's a nice idle clicker with super nice monster sprites and beautiful monsters!
Love the game definitely worth a shot for anyone who likes the idea of being on the opposing side of a dungeon raid. If I had any qualms about the game it would be that many features have no tutorial; main features like how to battle and such have notes that appear but that's about it, when it gets to less common features such as the Saved Facilities (which I have yet to figure out) for example, you may get a single describing sentence that doesn't really help you learn how to use the features.
I never write reviews but this game is worth it. It is very fun and can be very challenging. With this new update they added two new features that I was about to suggest which was making the skill screen scrollable so I could see all the effects of the monsters skills and the info screen in battle. Only have one more suggestion and that would be when adding an item to a monster to show where that monster is placed in the dungeon (I have a hard time remembering where they are located most of the time). Other then that great job with the game.
Its a good game. A little repetative but it really revolves around what you build twords and what you make of it. The randomness of the draws just add to the fact you have to adapt to what's available. If at first the game seems grindy, read the achievements. I wont spell it out but you only need to beat stage 100 to move onto the next level of the mode.
This game is great but there are a few flaws. First the latest update made Korean language the default. This seems to reset even after changing it to English multiple times. The new UI changes are very pretty but the animations can be tedious. Yes, I won, the victory screen is pretty, but it takes a bit for it to swipe over each time I select a reward. I would love an option to speed up all of these animations as it bogs down the game. Would love to say more issues. It's a good game though.
Spent hours and days trying to figure things out. This game really need some type of explanation or tutorial about converting heroes and any other thing not explained. Also, instead of trying to think of places to make the game force save so we can't undo a mistake, the maker needs to be thinking about all those unhandled random nonsense. The discount facility world where there is no facilities. That's ridiculous. And those starting relics that has no benefits, such as that upgrade 2 facility. To me that's like eating up all the chips and giving me the empty bag.
Deceiving in it's simplicity! there is a lot of depth here if you want it. the more you play and unlock, the wider your options get. you can play for minutes, or play for hours. you can try to find a perfect balance of traps and monsters or go all in on one solution type. nice graphics and animations, and a steady update cycle keeps this game on my phone and played more than i want to admit. great job Gamecoaster!
One of the best games I have ever played on mobile. This game has amazing depth, incredible amounts of replayability, and lots of content to unlock. Best of all, there is NO pay to win with the game. Yes, there are microtransactions, but they are SOLELY cosmetic. You don't need to spend a single dollar beyond the initial price of the game, which honestly is a steal. This game could be ten dollars and STILL worth the price. And best of all.. NO data required. You can play anywhere. Awesome!
Personally I enjoy this game when I played it a while back so, I decided to try it again after many years but the game is unplayable for me. It keeps crashing after certain actions, for example during the invading battle it crashes or in the very fresh start of picking a dark lord it crashes. It is very frustrating and my phone isn't even old. It is a Samsung galaxy S10. I would like a feedback on this problem please.
