I would play this game a lot more if you made it we we can trade our hero's, but other than that I don't see any problem with the game I've been a fan of it since it came out and have and always will love every game you guys make keep up the good work

Amazing just perfect number of contents are not to much.

These ppl don't support their games. A big farce, sitting back collecting money and doing NOTHING for the ppl who are paying. Not reputable or honorable ppl.

Spent money but didn't get what I paid for, guild raid has stopped working, no customer support, just a pile of stinking money grabbing cave dwellers, raised complaints and had full refund

These developers don't support their games... at all. They do not respond and couldn't care any less. Pay at your own risk. Despicable gluttonous people to make cash grab game and then sit back and collect without providing support or aid to paying customers. Pathetic.

Better than the others, it's such a fun game pls bring it back

Ok guys, awakening is fixed and a nice edition to game.... so if drop rates where a little better and prices not so high this game would get 5 stars from me, I never review games I never spend on these games, but this one is amazing really rewarding once you break the barrier and start getting legendaries, champions and good equipment, patience and events are key, love this game really cool characters and community. 4/5 will keep spending....

Game worked fine untill i spent 15 bucks on it now it wont let me back on the game. That really stinks should refund my cash instead of ripping people off bad business had to uninstall and reinstall then the game worked what a rip off DONT PAY FOR ANYTHING YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

been playing for over a year. phone broke and lost account.several attempts to get my account back. no luck. out of the blue I get an update report, no contact from devs, no nothing. my account is back after being a VIP. 45 red summon was supposed to make things right?. I was in top 20. now everyone on that server is at 200. only been 3 months. had to write Google to get anything done.

If you like games where you need to.watch the same ad 5 times a day, have pay walls and crap graphics and animations...then this is a game for you! Honestly, I can let that all slide. Except for the pay wall. You have to pay to.unlock character slots, which you.run out of later in the game when trying to juggle your main characters with power up characters and food characters. Im sure many people dont.mind this kind of passive aggressive marketing...but I for one find it distasteful

There is a major issue with server 12, preventing anyone from being able to sign in unless they play a different server and were on that different server when it went down. We've had no communication with devs to give any info regarding the issue, despite reports through their reporting system from many members.

When you start getting reds watch out because after a while they start disappearing, same thing happened on the game before this new version, very sorry I put money into this game.

You know it was fun. Until I had and used well over a thousand souls between epic souls and dazza and carrissa souls to awaken a Lich King champ. At the same time I had about 90 Heroic summoning scrolls that I used and 1300+ gems I used on the recent faction event. I used it all. Awakened 2 levels of a champ Lich King from 3 to level 5. The event page showed that I summoned a dark. Which I did. A Lich King. Then the game "lost connection" and I logged back on. When I got on... All scrolls were gone. The gems stayed. All souls I used to awaken the Lich King I already had, wear gone. AND his awakening levels were still at 3 instead of 5 like it was when I got booted, and the Lich King I summoned was gone.... Everything I summoned was gone.... And funny thing is, the event page still showed I summoned a dark! What in the world!!! I already sent feedback and put a post on your Facebook page. THIS IS AWEFUL! I PAID MONEY ON THIS GAME!

I used to love this game. But i hate the hero capacity thing. You can only add hero slots by donating. You added the link blah blah system and didnt think about the hero capacity? Are you forcing all your players to donate!? I wasted a lot all legendaries bcos of that.

The concept is good. The purchases have little value. I submitted 3 issues to customer service, received only ONE reply. Poorly ran app. Look elsewhere for fun and value.

So, after dropping another $15 on tgis game, I am suddenly getting network timeouts. Please fix and let me play so that I can rate higher.

The developers do not care about you, they do not care about their game, they do not care how much you spend, game is broken , no support for missing items ,no support for mechanical errors, lowsy servers that go down 24 hours at a time, save your money amd your time and avoid this game.you will not regret it.

The support team is a bunch of liars. They will not help you. The game is fun however don't expect any help from the support staff. They lie over and over just so they don't have to do anything.

Need mu account back. I haven't played in a very long time, I'd like my old account back but my password isn't working, I believe the email I was using at the time I started this game is the same one I use now. I spent quite a bit of money on this game and I'd like to have it back, can I get some help please?

Everything is OK except: a) please describe all chances somewhere in desription. b) also you have to balance heroes, at least by factions... c) I'm VIP 5 lvl, and don't see why there are 6-10 vip, these don't have enough benefits.
