since it up date this year my favorite spot been off line. You can't order ahead anymore. they say their working on it but it's been almost 6 months now. I think they need some IT people who know how to use a computer. Who's got time for lines? Also they should make it so you can add gift cards to your account.
This app is unusable and is in desperate need of an update! The QR code to pay is completely blurry and the store pickup function is unavailable. There really is no use having this app until it is updated unfortunately
No cash option. I dont like using my card for things like coffee. This app only gives you points if you use a card to pay. You do have the best coffee, but i will get it less often because other coffee shops have better reward systems
What's the point of using this app, if you can't order ahead for pickup, and the QR code is blurry and can't be scanned if you order in person? This app is worthless without an update.
App works good but since the android update, the QR code is blurry and doesn't always scan right. Would be great if the dev's would update the app for Android 10.
App does not work with Android 10. Can no longer log into account. Their tech support does not respond to emails.
The app needs to be updated. The barcode is blurry. It states it is no longer compatible with my system.
The new update let's them run a tab and then take the money out all at once. If I'm paying for it then I want the money taken then, not later. Change it or I'll delete it and pay in cash.
Order ahead doesn't work. I reinstalled the app and got a notification that it's needs to be updated for the version on Android.
Unable to register. It asks to enter email then says the app timed out. Just a continuous loop.
Ever since my pixel phone updated to the most recent Android version I the QR code won't load so I can't use it at all and have been missing out on credits.
I love the coffee shop and the employees. Brooke is always helpful. My app is no longer working so no I can't use it though. VERY FRUSTRATING
App won't work on my phone? So what good is it or any updated apps that won't work on older phones? One star- overrated.
I love the app, but right now the updated pixel makes the QR code hard to read. Can this be fixed and provided in an update to the app?
Does not allow me to order from iPhone and on Android it is constantly prompting me to check for updates.
Can't use the App any more due to phone updates!! Cant earn rewards. Have told staff months ago & nothing has been done.
Major glitch. Keeps asking for email and the saying my session timed out so I cant even log in any more...
Unusable. No order ahead, nothing works. Mentioned it to an employee and got, "Oh." Not super helpful.
Love random bills to my card when there are supposed to be monthly bill cycles which a terrible idea in it self from a consumer perspective.
Everytime I earn my $3 off by spending 50, I am always charged an extra 3 dollars so it's the same price.

Do not use this app. Scroll down the page to the Dunn bros franchise app. That is the newer updated version.
Would be nice if you could link/add gift cards to the payment section.
The barcode is blurry and can't be scanned. I've tried reinstalling several times. I would love to use it because I like that I can include a tip and pay without ordering thru the app, but it is useless because they can never scan it.
