Awesome app. Tried it already for more than a month now and none of the deliveries take more than 20 minutes. The average is around 17 minutes! Really super fast and better than all those around. P.s: Please change your ad. on TV.. It doesn't make any sense.
Very bad support system, my both numbers got suspended for suspicious behaviour, I don't knkw actually what I have don , I just booked order from them , if that was my mistake then I'm feeling sorry for this startup. Although I have sent mails to them multiple times to resolve this issue but my issue still not resolved till date . Very bad service.
I order something and it doesn't get delivered to me but it shows delivered on the app. Dunzo initiates for a refund on 9th May. Still no sign of the refund. Tried contacting the support on the app multiple times. Written a mail to them which went unanswered. Finally registered a complaint against Dunzo. Worst delivery app ever. They love to spend your money. ZERO STAR.
The previous version was better. If we didn't want delivery charge below Hundred we could put nohurry. But now its changed. You have only one option-instant. That too you should bill 300. If we need some munchies or sth like 200ml ghee or sth like that you have to add unnecessary items are Bill 300. Very disappointing. Thecoupons give only around 10%discount whereas on other fast delivery apps, the coupons provide atleast20%. Please bring back the old version. Apart from that I like everything.
Don't use! They frequently take orders then don't fulfill them. I just recently realized that they haven't refunded me for my last canceled order. I tried to talk to customer support but there's only bot responses which keep assuring me I'll be given a refund reference number so I can check status but that doesn't happen. Also, order was canceled because shop was shut but they marked it as payment issue!
Useless app. I wanted some quick snacks the other day, so I ordered. My money got deducted and and to my shock the order did not get confirmed. Getting in touch with customer care was so difficult. They only texted, and falsely mentioned that someone would call. They texted that the payment got stuck at the gateway, and I would get a refund in 1-7 days. So I lost money, had no snacks, and had to wait for refund. Extremely dissappointed, uninstalling, will tell my contacts never to download it.
Item prices are high and middle class people will not opt for your store. There is no need of quick delivery in all the cases. In case of multiple orders from same customer, better to send a single delivery boy with all items - this will save money for you as well
Incredible service, awesome UI, and extremely easy to use. In love with the app. Plus great discounts, offers, promos etc. Delivery team, tech guys, ops and everyone working and putting great efforts to provide such an awesome customer experience, Hat's off to you all.
I am really happy with the experience which Dunzo provides. You can see the difference in which the delivery guy handles the whole delivery process. The app is one of the best designed app and is very intuitive, which makes you order more 😂. I am okay with the extra few minutes in delivery, but what's important is that they have a wider reach and are prompt in support. I hope they continue to keep up to the service mark with time.
I did not have a good experience with Dunzo. Chat Support is of no use. We can only raise query with the available options in the chat support. No customer service number available. Even no one responses to the emails. Twice the amount got deducted from my account and the order was not delivered nor I got the refund. The app doesn't work properly if the items added to you cart are not available and if we keep adding other items while calculation it includes the unavailable item amount as well.
This is a total scam application. They don't have any sync with the delivery partners. I ordered the groceries for huge amount and they didn't even provided the receipt. They changed the order in between and still I was charged for the same. I requested invoice online and they came we can just give you online amount invoice mail without any item details. This is first and last time for you Dunzo.
Very bad experience Here they say 20 min delivery i have waited more than 2 to 3 hours for my deliveries. Its not like i am somewhere remote,i live in very commerial and mertopolis area. No custumer support is given. I would never recommend this app to any one. There no option to add photos or i would added some snaps to prove my point.
Loved this app till about 2 days ago. The delivery address doesn't register. The screen freezes. Then a popup says unable to locate the address. Going through this since a day now. Uninstall and reinstall hasn't got the app to behave any better. Updated Review- the app has definitely improved. Dunzo has in a lot of situations been a saviour of the moment. Keep up the good work.
After selecting the products in cart. I cannot view the cart. How pathetic app. It says something went wrong pls try again. And I have been doing this atleast 5-6 times after some time gap. But still cannot review my cart. I can share the screen shot bit there is no such option available here. You want me to uninstall the app and reinstall and place the order again the whole exercise again??
App is ok. Lot of time payment doesn't go through . Partners are friendly and service oriented. You have resolved payment issue by lazypay option. If lazypau payments go through why not your app . If you can give better service rates it will be better. And one important suggestion is. If same area - like same road , adjacent road orders can be clubbed as one with slightly an incremental service charge it will be cost effective our end user.
Cheatful Application Guys, The company is cheatfully delivering Expired product at tye discounted price. You may assume that they are money saver but they have different plan. The company don't have return/refund policy though it is displayed in the option. Don't fall on lucrative offers of this company. They delivered expired product to me and when I opted for return/refund, the option is not working.
Many times the items displayed are out of stock after placing the order and again i need to search for alternate products. Really a worst experience. Another thing is majority items are having quantity limitation like you can't order more than 2/3/4/5 quantity of some products. It should be changed to sufficient quantity ordering.
Good service, I suggest one thing to improve user experience, if our order not dispatched then please allow to add items which we forgot to add in, I have faced this many times I added some item and after some time I remembered to add another and I'm sure this happening with other people too.
There is no login option when you are logged out of the app. It just gives option to sign up and when you enter your number it says an account already exists with this number. Can't believe such a thing was not tested out during their app development.
Worst experience. Ordered 3 items in this app. Delivery person said one of the item is not available and delivered the rest saying that we will get refund for undelivered item. But we never got the refund. Tried contacting support from app aswell as email, no response from them. Do not trust this app. Don't loose your money.
Please give us the option to select No Rush delivery too!There are times when I just can't select No Rush delivery which is selected as default option and only Instant Delivery can be selected, and even in case of instant delivery the order reaches late to me so there's no point of it being called instant delivery.Also it charges extra to me on Instant Delivery but doesn't deliver quickly enough so I end up paying extra and also waiting for long time. Improve your services!! Don't loot customers
The first time app using was not good but after that never had any issue and really provide the services at the best. I am very happy with the fast delivery that there partner do it. It's even faster than swiggy instamart. I loved the package the store delivers. The thing which can be improved is the availability of product. Please do put some basic and regular used product which are missing it will enhance your listing.
Very easy to use and intuitive. Love the Dunzo Tales. Just wish I could read expanded versions of the stories e.g. on a separate page. Only suggestion is that sometimes I don't rate delivery partner/store because I'm busy, and I haven't found a way to go back into a previous order and rate it. This would be a helpful addition to the app.
