Best bank I've ever been apart of and I will continue to grow with them every step of the way. I highly recommend looking into dupaco because the staff everywhere I've visited has bee super cheerful and fun to be around. Everything is easy and if you dont get it they can explain it.

Really I don't want to give you one star but it's got to be done because things need to be changed I had to get a new card because of fraud detection I have to wait 7 to 10 days for that card to come in the meantime I can't link my car I can't do anything until I get that card.I opened up accounts at other Banks they give a virtual card I can use until I get new card. because there's times where I've not turned in the fraud so I did not have to wait im sure im not the only one to do so either

I think it's pretty stupid that when I downloaded the app it erased all my notifications that I've preciously had setup and had to go through and turn them all on again.

This app is so buggy. If it does load its super slow and/or crashes. Functions, like the ability to zoom or focus when trying to make aobile deposit are completely missing. Horrible app. horrible experience. All it can be us d for is quick glance at account balances.

I think it is awful that Dupaco charges $3 after 6 transfers. Also I would like to suggest if there could be a place to make a note right by a purchase if we don't recognize the place it's billed from later on. Quite often places Bill from a different source. Otherwise very pleased and employees very friendly and helpful.

Most of the new app is fine, but I am having issues with the mobile deposit feature. There is no decimal point on the keypad, so I am unable to put the total of a check. Most checks include change. It also takes several attempts before I can submit the picture of a check. I never had these issues with the old app. I have e-mailed Dupaco, but they haven't been much help. I was told an update would fix the issue. It didn't.

Mobile deposit used to work fine, but latest update to the app broke mobile deposit. Now it can't take or accept a proper picture of a check to save it's life. Constantly says blurred image or can't read the account number, or some other falsity (when the picture is perfect), and then the app crashes when you try to retake the picture. I gave up on mobile depositing a check after 5 tries.

This app used to be great, until they did a complete overhaul. Most of it still works fine, I guess, but I've had a ton of trouble with mobile deposit; it would just sit there when I took a picture of a check instead of giving me the save/retake option. When I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the mobile deposit function did work...eventually. But it took me over an hour to deposit 3 checks. Mobile deposit is so terrible it almost makes the whole app worthless.

I like the new layout but I can not get the Biometrics to scan my fingerprint at all. I have tried so many times now, moving my thumb around to see if it will register and it just doesn't work. I have my phone set up to unlock with either my fingerprint or facial recognition and that works fine, don't know why this app can't do the same. EDIT: I finally got it to work, but the sensor is way off compared to my phone screen.

It's getting very frustrating. I can use it once or twice then it won't. I have uninstall and reinstall. Why cant you get this fixed. Sounds like to me many are having this problem. Time for you to install a new program that works. Other banks and accounts I use I never have this problem. Only with Dupaco. Please fix!!!

I hate this app. It forces a user name and password instead of my pin number at odd times. It is also difficult to navigate. It also takes up too much system memory. Updates make the app unusable if one doesn't have their user name, password, account number and how many rocks are in Biden's head! I use my pin to sign in and it is EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING to have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get back on whenever there is an update! What a mess!

Excellent, except for occasional sign-in issues that usually go away in a few minutes. Haven't had the problems other reviewers mentioned, and upcoming update will add features some commented about. I've been using app for about 2 yrs, and it seems always to be getting better.

Rarely works anymore. I don't know what Dupaco did because this app used to work fine months ago. It's been total garbage in the last 4 or 5 months now. Get a new server, get a new developer, whatever you guys are doing it's time to make some changes because the app is not stable, reliable, or fast. It has to be all 3 of those. It's 2020, I don't have time to wait around for things. My life is busy and wasting time waiting for this app to work is very frustrating.

Your website was excellent before you updated it. It was fast and automatically updated the available balance when you used your debit card. If you wanted to post a check you could do that to drcrease you available balance and keep records. Now its SLOW updating the available balance and doesn't seem to allow adding a manual deduction. THIS WAS A MAJOR STEP BACKWARDS!!

Please fix the opening glitch. Everytime I try opening this app. It just glitches at the beginning and doesn't go from there. No matter how many times I refresh the app. It still does it I've even uninstalled it and reinstalled it a times and it still does it.

Don't waste your time with this. Login screen takes forever to load, then security screen kicks you back to main login screen after five minutes or so. Same problems everyone else is having. I'll probably get the same "server issues" bot response as everyone else is getting. FWIW I have the same problems with the browser login on mobile. Zero stars, but I had to give it one star to post the review.

It's great all the way around fast responses in the chats answers directly to questions and they get straight to the point they don't hide nothing very good bank reliable secure and safe I would recommend it to anybody they let you know when somebody or something look suspicious on your account and they will automatically lock your account until you make contact with them which is a very good feature and you can turn your card on and off through the app which is really nice

This app is enough to make me want to close my account! If I log into my account once and attempt to log in again in a short time, it just spins. Very frustrating, especially when waiting for direct deposit to hit the account. Is there a way to get a text message when a transaction/deposit is made?
