Duplicates Cleaner

It found a few duplicates, which prompted me to pay for premium. I shouldn't have bothered, as no further duplicates detected, but I know there are hundreds in my music collection. The search for a useful tool goes on. Update following developer response. Sent message to support team as requested, heard absolutely nothing back, over 3 weeks now. What a scam.

App works really well but needs a few things. The white background makes seeing Android nav buttons very difficult. Wish it would utilize dark mode. Also, being able to select and default all file types on scan would be great too...

This app is perfect at what it does. I have a bad memory so I tend to download duplicates all the time without realising! This app helps me locate any duplicate files I've downloaded and helps me free up space on my phone! Totally recommend.

Excellent app, gets every duplicate every time, saves loads of space! It may sound petty, but the only reason I gave this app 4 out of 5 stars, and not 5 stars, is simply because of the CONSTANT badgering in the app to give the app a rating!! If it wasn't for that, I'd have given the app 5 stars.

I waited for 10 mins staring at the screen when the images where being scanned but after the scan was done no comparing or deleting part came. I've like 45k pictures in my phone maybe that's the reason why but still this app couldn't function properly for me so 2stars

Does a great job of detecting only exact duplicates even in different folders and then proceeding to get rid of them in a timely manner, which is exactly what I wanted in an app like this.

The app allows me to select which folders to scan, but I can't find how to actually run the scan. I see "hide system files" and "reset" or search (which appears to be for directory path). Uninstalling

The best app I've ever used ! - in transferring files and images, I managed to duplicated nearly 20 years worth of images and could not go through each individually. This app cleared them up in 5 minutes! Same for my audio files, and I have so much more free internal storage space. 10/10 would recommend - and no ads either! Thank you so much :)

I wish there was a way to prioritize by file size to keep the larger size files. Usually the copies of the images are low resolution images and thumbnail nails. But indiscriminate deletion I'm losing a lot of high resolution images while the low resolution images are retained. This should also be in option to keep the files in a particular directory while removing the files from other directories. This option will be very useful in consolidating the images within a preferred directory.

This app works pretty well, I have a LOT of media stored on my phone, was able to clean almost 20 Gb of duplicated videos & audio very easily. My one issue, however, is that I seem to have to many photos for it to scan (somewhere in the region of 14k). The app analyses for a short period, then simply stops, with no other prompt given.

The is honestly the best app for it's intended purpose that I could find. The recent addition of internal + SD Card scanning is a godsend. The only thing I could ask for is some customization on the auto select option, maybe something to auto select older files rather than newer ones. Other than that I couldn't recommend it more!

I tried the free version, and it found several hundred duplicate files in my internal memory that Google Files would not find even though I have Google Files set to find duplicate files and notify me. I was so impressed that I paid the $3.49 for the premium version that allows scanning of my SD card. I scanned my 128Gb SD card with this app, and it found over 1400 duplicate files that Google Files had also failed to notify me about. Thank you for creating this app!

Finds exact duplicates to be deleted, namely for photo, videos and audio. Able to see paths and last time video was modified.

There is no difference between pro version and free version. Both versions are SAME. I bought this application to check duplicates from my external Hard Disk but there is no use when I try to check from the external Hard Disk. But the app just showing like this: 0 B can be deleted. The pro version is useful for those who want to check for duplicate apks (apps). That's all

WHATSAPP USERS BEWARE. if you have a lot of WhatsApp files .... There are directories that appear as duplicates but are effectively the same or piggyback off of eachother. As a result I just lost a year worth of WhatsApp image and video files off my gallery and my only option is go back through all my chats and save each individual thing I lost one by one.

It works fine. I tried other apps but they are not able to find duplicates. This app finds duplicates and helps to save memory

Well thank you for helping me clean out my duplicate says I was searching and searching to try to figure out a way to do it after watching a YouTube video they suggested this app and it was very quick and easy

Does what it says and has already saved me time & storage space (1.2gb photos, 4.1 gb video & 565mb audio) quickly & simply. Brilliant app & I highly recommend.

Love it, exactly what I was looking for and it's blazing fast at searching for duplicate files and deleting them.

Works just fine. And it only took 6 minutes for over 3000 songs with duplicate files.

Nice app works very well as said saved my device space no adds. Good and simple interface. Very smooth to use. I tried a lot of apps before most of the apps are frustrating and bit difficult to use also with lot of adds. But you app is so wonderful Thanks dev team for such a wonderful app saving my time and money.

Beautifully designed app. Solving the purpose it is designed for. Just one request from the developers, if we can do it in small chunks like for just sone selected folders, thn it will get less load. My gallery was having 22k pics. Its tough to analysis all in one go.

Scanned my music. Had 10 copies of the same song beforehand. Scanned, now I only have 9 copies of that song. Tried scanning again. No joy. Perhaps the doubles were deleted, but nothing on the triples, quadruples or in this case the full set of 10 copies.

Converted my purchased music on iTunes to MP3 files. Duplicate files were created when I copied the MP3 files across to my Galaxy phone and on the song lists in PlayerPro, so every song played twice. This app fixed the issue. Thanks to the app developers for caring and fixing this issue.

Super quick and easy. Had a backup restore images into newer dates and multiply them as well for whatever reason. This helped reduce some wasted space for sure. Not as much as I had hoped though!

Much improved. However, how do you know if you have purchased or not? Previously did, quality dropped off, tried again recently. Also, do you log or trace our files? I like the feigned act of, "security and privacy". Wouldn't change the act or experience of usage. I am just curious how developers and apps protect us. We're just numbers anyway.

It's so worth the money if you have a large music library like I do. I love that it doesn't count a duplicate file with a 1 or an underscore at the end as a separate file. Hopefully in the future it will be able to choose the duplicates by the md5. That way it will be able to find them even if they named totally different.

Just cleared over 25GB of duplicate photo's and video's! Process was very easy!

Great easy and quick app. Check thousands of files is less than a minute. However I do wish there was a way to select certain album and folders, I don't need my whole phone checked everytime. Just an album or two.

Works great once you read instructions. Just needs to be more robust in finding dupes, especially pictures I still find alot. Maybe have a slider option to increase/decrease aggressiveness. Seems once found in folder then will always show zero later.
