Durham Bus Tracker

Rarely works. Needs bugs fixed. If the app actually worked consistently, I'd give it 5 stars because its helpful to send the kids outside when the bus arrives versus them having to wait outside in the cold wondering when the bus is going to show. It's a great idea but the app in itself needs to be fixed.

It worked a lot better last year, but I'm having "technical errors" trying to log in on most days. When it works, it's pretty helpful since the bus never shows up the same time. Mostly just frustrating at this point, though.

This app COULD be so helpful. However, after 4 days of working it no longer loads anything but my child's name. I've emailed and called Durham for over a month to try to get it working with no response. Uninstalled, changed password, reset, everything i could think of to get it working because our bus is never at the stop at the same time every day. Fix it or forget it!

Never works! 80% of the time it doesn't work. So frustrating! Can't switched between kids or I get an error. If you log out you can't log back in. Tried reinstalling it to see if I could just login, and it won't even let me open the app now. So frustrating!

I like the app when it working it is great. So far the buses are wrong on the tracker and it has caused my kids to be late to school, or not even picked up. Ease fix these problems to this app. We parents care for our children and you need to fix this.

App is eh, company is trash. The app will oftentimes show my son's bus just sitting in the bus depot which leads me to believe the bus is down and they are driving a different one. Those things happen but the app is useless if I have no way of knowing where the bus is. I have been able to login consistently this school year but it was more accurate last school year. I wouldn't keep my hopes up for improvement. Can only hope that the school district dumps Durham.

This app worked great two years ago when I used it, but so far this school year I just get "no routes currently available" when I click on my child's name. It has only shown the bus a handful of times over the past few weeks. It's pretty much useless.

Very buggy. Often gives unknown error when trying to log in, pauses sometimes so it doesn't refresh so you still think the bus is farther away than it is, completely crashes sometimes

Dont bother downloading the app. Displays the same bus 3 times two houses from each other. It was designed to give people a peace of mind, not make their nerves worse. Better off downloading an app on your kids phone. Great idea but bad results.

I'm so tired of it working fine for a week or two and then suddenly swapping her bus number to a different one and showing her bus out on some Highway far far away. it's ridiculous. you should be able to correct the settings to the right bus number manually but you can't. you call and they shrug theirs shoulders and say they don't know how to help.

So far not working at all. My state doesnt even show up as an option even though I know it is. Deleted and redownloaded the app but it didnt make a difference. Super disappointed.

Just like the bus service, constantly under maintenance and out of service. If you are having trouble with your bus arriving on time this app is not for you. It won't even launch it hasn't been any use since the beginning of the school year

Never works! Has incorrect information listed. Plus I see a HUGE issue with SPECIFIC addresses being listed when you select the route associated with your child.

App reports a problem, freezes up. Have to restart the phone for it to work again for a minute or two, then I get another error. Please update the app. Pixel 4a 5G, Android 12

Can't rely on this app. It is rarely able to load and displays "An unknown error occured". I seriously hope they work on this app so it is usable.

The app keeps giving an unknown error has occurred message and won't load. I uninstalled and re-installed the app and now it won't log in. It just spins then gives the same error.
