Love dutch bros coffee, but this app is a disappointment. It's only to purchase their merchandise. It doesn't have a menu, online ordering, store locator tool, a digital stamp card, or a bar code scanner.

I agree with the other Eric, it would be awesome if you could place your order with the app, and then pick up at the drive thru or walk up...similar to all the fast food apps

I got this app hoping for a menu, maybe even online ordering. This would have been perfect with a store opening 5 miles from house. But, guess not. Oh well.

Love Dutch Bros.. we go multiple times a week..but not impressed with the app you can find all the same stuff for sale on the website... add some deals we can get for coffee maybe..

Cool app for those who want to buy something but maybe add a menu area? I think itd be helpful to everyne if there were a menu.

Definitely disappointed. I love dutch bros but it's hard to convince starbucks lovers when they have an app with savings and online ordering when all I've got is a punch card I forget half of the time. I think itd be a good idea to add online ordering and maybe put the punch card on your account? No more tree killing either.

Thought would be a reward app like other drive thru coffee places have like the human bean has, might want to rethink this app, or adding a coffee app for you drive thru locations. Bit bummed will not be keeping this app.

Its great if you want to buy their merchandise. I was hoping for store locators, drink prices & specials, etc. I uninstalled the app.

No Menu content, No Digital Stamp Card, Not useful at all. I'd give 0 Stars if I could. DB got duped, paid wayyyy too much for a non-functional app.

Great coffee shop. Awful app. Make it about the coffee! Not the merch! I mean a menu button at the top then all the merch would of been better then this ☹

Why? Why would you have an app and not have a way to see what is on the menu or a way to order your drinks? This has to be one of the most disappointing apps I have come across. Ever.

All you need is a menu. This sucks for looking at what you serve and the place of business is not much better just to know what you serve. Most people just want to see what you serve.

No way to order drinks or add gift cards to purchase drinks. Come on Dutch Bros, you're better than this.

Not useful, not for ordering at driveup or storing gift cards to pay, pretty useless ad basically.

This app is amazing they have so much incredible merch for sale as well as many dope stickers!!! I give this app a 1,000,000/10 hands down the best app I've installed.

Not that good, i expected it to be a rewards app like MODs pizza but its just clothing, kitchen wear and assesories

This app is wack. I cannot load a gift card. I cannot order coffee. I dont want to buy your merchandise nor do I care what merchandise you have to offer. What is the point of having this app? I deleted this app.

Why would I need an app to purchase merch? I thought this was for drink orders. This is LITERALLY dumb and a waste of technology

Love my dutch brothers and the kids work there r so friendly...and they look like they love there job...keep it up guys u r best.....
