This app is absolutely terrible!!! None of the busses show when they are going to arrive at any stop. The only thing they say when you call is that the app doesn't work sometimes. Sometimes is the wrong word, it never works! Forget about trying to use the schedule as a reference, the bus drivers show up whenever they want. I'm uninstalling this app after this review, it's not worth the space on my phone

The buses are almost never on the GPS map so you can see where they are. That's the only reason I downloaded the app, as timing is crucial for my commute to work. Why even have an app if it doesn't work?

The bus tracking never works which is terrible when it's 94 degrees or below freezing and you're standing at a bus stop waiting for a late bus. If this actually worked it'd be a winner for sure but until then, it's absolutely worthless.

Garbage app. Laggy af. Doesn't even track every bus. Have missed busses on main routes like A and B because they're not on the gps at all. Just use the bus schedules. This app isn't worth your phone's space.

Never show anything, no vehicles found always says it, what kind of gps is this?

It's only good when it works. That's very rare these days.☹️

I would suggest more labored drivers with a significant raise and Safety implements.

You can track the bus if the bus driver updates their location on it which is useful since it's always late, and you can see a map of exactly where the bus goes and the bus routes and stops, which is helpful when you're in rural parts of Dutchess. Outside of that however the app is glitchy and doesn't get updated very often.

I would give zero stars if I could. It is absolutely not user friendly. It doesn't show anything except the general route on Google Maps, and even that is confusing because it shows a super small viewing field of the route and next to no street names. Just highway numbers. No times of expected arrival/departure at designated (or searched for) stops. If you try to use the Settings/Info option, it brings you to rue county website, which is the exact same minimalistic information. You tried, Dutchess, but you should chalk this up to an epic fail. Downloaded it, but I'll pass. Uninstalling now.

Probably the worst "live tracking" app. Literally shows just the routes which I already had downloaded. Gives no time info whatsoever. I was hoping it would tell where along the route the driver is but it doesn't.

It helped when I needed the most so I like it. Can rely on it if u know how to use the apl

Not utterly useless, but it has few advantages over just using the web site directly. The most helpful thing would be for them to put a single downloadable PDF file on their web site that contained schedules and route maps for all routes.
