Ok app, has basic functions. It has check deposit, but doesn't notify you if deposit fails. It also doesn't have fingerprint access. It shows under Mobilelink in my app list, and not under Dutrac... which is dumb. Wish i could see as much history as useing a pc, or filter by deposite, transfer, etc... maybe in the next version...
Easy to use. It makes banking so much easier since I can manage my kid's accounts & my savings and checking all in one place. I would like to see if they could make a feature to manage auto-withdrawls for your regular bills too.
Simple to use most of the time. I've had some problems with it freezing up and then I have to uninstall it, shut my phone off (restart), and reinstall it. It doesn't always work, and I have to call and reset my password.
It's really good except for login bugs/issues. And I don't like that it doesn't show pending/on hold charges for your checking account.
I enjoy the simplicity. Only thing I would change is that when it needs a password update to say it. You get a message that says to call in. When you call in they tell you that you have to do it online anyway.
This app does exactly what you want it to. View balances without logins thanks to Instant Balance, transfer between shares, and mobile deposit capture for checks. App is quick to load and secure.
Always friendly when I go into the bank. The app is set up in a easy understandable way. If there is ever any questions. Support is quick to help
Been with Dutrac for 23 years. They are friendly and helped me through some hard times. Very trusting, never done me wrong. I highly recommend this app. I have no issues getting what I need to find.
App is CONSTANTLY DOWN! And when you call to speak about it they act like it's routine. Like it's no big deal! I work with 5 banks and none have an app this bad! Makes this small town financial institution look really inept!
It's very easy to use and convenient. I can deposit a check, make transfers, or just check my balance anytime.
Customer service is great when the app does mess up! Sometimes just doesn't let me log in like it should. Very helpful app overall
Because I live out of state the mobile app is a life saver for those paper check deposits i make. As long as I have access to the mobile banking i see no need to get a local bank.
The new app is far easier to navigate than the traditional mobile site. The UI is also better than other banking institution apps that I have and do use.
App works great. Only annoying part is changing passwords so often but can't complain to much about saftey.
I love this app because instead of going to the bank to transfer money from savings to checking or the other way around i can do it over the phone! Love love love it!!
Very easy to use. Very user friendly and speedy way to check your accounts.
I have to keep uninstalling it and put it back in to work. Slow loading and I don't like the format.
I tried to log in and my login details wouldn't work. Then for some reason it locked me out of the website and forced me to change my password. I'll be sticking to the website.
Great app! I use it daily to check balance, deposit checks and very easy to use.

It would be helpful if the app or Dutrac sent notifications when deposits fail.

I like it but if i had the ability to stop charges that would be great
easy to use for a person (me) who is not tech savvy.
It sends error messages constantly and wont let you log in to view your money situation, makes you go to a PC to reset your password (WAY too often) which is a mess of a situation that could easily be avoided by letting you do it from the app. The app sucks bad enough that my wife and I will be switching banks to a more simple operation elsewhere. Tired of it.
