I really want to like this app and I hope it improves. It's a really great idea. Right now though it only shows 1 of my 3 kids, clicking on focus just sits on a loading screen, theres no clear contact info for help and it's just generally not user friendly. I think the only thing I've clicked on that works is the lunch menu. I really hope it gets some updates and improves (like it has in the past) because this could be a really great tool. For now I'll stick to the websites.

Update 8/8/20: Now I can login to Focus, but as soon as I do, it loads the page then immediately loops back to the login. Over and over and over again. -----‐--------- Worked once. Now it just sits on a "loading" screen when I go to Focus. Even with a strong wifi signal or full bars on mobile data.

The app doesn't log into focus correctly. When there are messages, you don't get an alert advising you have a message, unless you check the app. You aren't able to correspond with you student teachers through the App. Haveing to log into Focus directly. Great in concept, terrible in application.

Why develop an app that is by far crappie and NOT user friendly. First, trying to locate or navigate your way, better off closing your eyes and imagining! Finally found what I needed after 20 minutes of hunting; placing the address was a nightmare, then using the drop down menu keeps defaulting to Andrew Jackson. Come on man!!! Either fix it or remove it from Google. We're here because we are trying to find better ways of communication but damn!

There's no walk through when you download it. I selected 2 schools, but I can't find which schools I selected or if I have to switch them to see different updates. This app is not clear and not the best to navigate

Does not render the presentation layer correctly. Each frame sits on top of each other. After clicking a link in focus, scroll from left to right did not show the content correctly. Miserable app...

Still no improvement on this app. I hope that after the storm passes, someone with the proper computer skills will be hired to fix the loading problems. I give you all a F, for the app.

App is extremely confusing and not user friendly. Can not locate or log in successfully under my daughter's account for I-Ready. Seems completely useless and the fact that it's the only means of communication from teachers is unimpressive.

Focus won't allow me to upload important documents through the app despite there being a place and buttons for it. You click them and nothing happens. Not helpful.

I use it from the teacher end and I've had many times where focus just won't load or open. Hopefully they will work out the bugs.

I've never successfully been able to login to Focus .... just loads and loads. It's been like this all year long. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, and that didn't help.

It's awful trying to log in and it's a hassel trying to get into the system. Might as well just go on a computer, cause Duval Schools don't know any better than a technologicaly-illiterate baby boomer about computers.

The app never works! it just keeps giving you the constant loading circle when trying to use Focus or Oneview on it, or with anything almost really.

I attempted to log into focus several times; however, it keeps saying loading. I'm connected to my home wifi with a strong signal. Please fix!!!

This app is horrible! my child can not deal with all the homophobia here. It also makes my phone glitch a lot so -1 point. It also keeps getting me back to the sign in page each time i close the app -3. Fix your app you straggots.

Difficult to navigate. Can't edit anything, can't change address but the schools are telling me I can. The app says I do not have permission to change address. This is a disaster.

Everytime I open it the loading bar stays on forever the application would've begun perfect if it actually worked. Very disappointed

every time I click on one view it just spins and spins and never loads. same with focus. cant even get in.

Trash app. Doesn't work properly.. I tried multiple times to log in to check my son's grade and fail multiple times.

It won't let me log in to anything. Hoping I haven't downloaded a useless app. It looks promising but what is the point if I can't access focus, etc?

Pretty much the same as everyone else. Focus will not load. There must have been some update that broke it as I was able to use it last school year.

Could use some redesign but if you dig into the menus you'll find some legitimately useful info and resources

can not sign in. keeps saying invalid user name or password and I know they both are correct. just a shame I had to give it one star when it doesn't even deserve a half a star. uninstalled

Trash. The password reset option is trash. The link to student account is trash. I'm over it. Never worked for me.

This is a very good app to use i am able to turn in all my work on time and it helps me out when I'm on the go and I'll know when my teachers assignes something 😀

this APP IS TERRIBLE.... every time I login I have to make a new password..... whoever's the IT person is that is controlling this app should be let go because they're wasting counting money.....FIX IT

I would give no stars if I could. The login for the focus portal doesn't liad. The timer just sits and spins.

this app would probably be useful but when i click the one view button a loading screen pops up and no matter how long you wait it never loads.
