Was a great app in the beginning when I downloaded 2 years ago but in the past six months lots of loading issues and doesnt show an updated inventory. Best way to see what new is to just physically go down and see what's new.
Your app is not very user friendly. I have so many issues when trying to use it. I usually end up just going to the kiosk or getting my rental from Redbox. That's a damn shame because you usually have better selections.
for over a month now anytime I try to open the app is automatically closes saying the app has stopped. have sent feedback multiple times with nothing. used to like the app because it is so much easier to navigate than the horrible website.
Recently, I'm having the same Java error message as Amy posted. I've uninstalled, rebooted the phone, reinstalled and it did not fix it. I have an LG (if that makes a difference) but this issue only just started a week or so ago. Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to fix?
Not sure what happened, but I haven't been able to see anything on the app for months. I check all the time and I get grey squares, can't even watch the trailer. I will be uninstalling and going with a different company for my movie nights like Redbox.
Ridiculous. Installed and re-installed, will not open/launch. Don't even bother with it until they do something to fix this problem. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Can only look at what is in one kiosk. I wanted to figure out where to go to pick up the movie I wanted, but I don't want to look up a kiosk, see if my movie is there, find out it isn't, open the next kiosk, not there either...
Great Movie selections! Very simple and easy to use. And it is also convenient. WAYY better than redbox.
Dvd express always has something wrong with it. l try to get on it, and nothing happens. They need to fix their issues.
was working fine for a while then all the sudden it stopped working and hasn't been fixed yet give me some type of cert path error I uninstalled it and installed it and still has not been fixed
App doesnt connect all the time. Unreliable. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with same results.
Poor app. Crashes every time i try to switch screens. Wont load any images. Complete junk.
Bug issues seem to be fixed. Thank you for actually taking the time to email and ask if it was fixed.
Worked great for the first 24 hrs. Now all I get is "Bad Gateway", "retry", I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and all I get is "Bad Gateway", "retry".
So i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it keeps saying java script something and not working. what is the deal? id really like to check what movies are available
Great coupons and when you join on Facebook you get a code for a free movie. Plus they are in actual DVD boxes.
My rental and return receipts arrive instantly. Love my coupons for free movie, thank you for being so on the ball!
Can't pick kiosk without glitch after glitch. we have a box down the street, it can't find it...
yeah this app worked up til a few days ago now nothing but cert errors. please fix your app or its redbox city..
Deeply disappointed that DVDXpress is making it's customers wait forever to watch Avengers:Endgameš£ Especially when most other movies (the suckie ones) arrive in timeš¶

WORST app ever. crashes 90% of the time and works VERY sporadically the other 10%. This app is so incredibly bad I will no longer be using it. Going back to Redbox. It's worth the extra drive to have an app that works, plus I can return to any of their kiosks in the country. BYE FELICIA
