Site is good, easy to navigate once you get used to it. But the fulfillment side of this is horrible. Out of three separate orders, and five different items, I've only had one order/item ship inside their time frame, with one getting canceled on me at two months late, and my most current order being pushed back to a shipping date of TBD.
Had been using the app for months to shop the site and was impressed with it (v 1.3.2{266}). Then, about 10 days ago the three drop-down menus on the product page (description of product, shipping restrictions) stopped working for some reason. So, I uninstalled and use a browser instead. Too bad, used to be a great (5 star) app. **UPDATE 2/12/2019 - Reinstalled new version and it works like a champ, compete functionality! Thx for fixing so quick!
Android app doesn't work like DVOR web page. Thought I was ordering front and rear sights as the app showed colors for both front and rear sights. Only received front sights. Called customer service, was told I only ordered fronts. I sent them a screen shot showing what the app showed. Told me return the sights, now they won't respond to me. Not happy w/ customer service. On a whim, I checked web page, it filters your selections correctly, app doesn't. Would love for DVOR web dev. to respond.
Login registration was NOT easy due to the app timing out...arrow spinning a long time. I aborted. Eventually just requested password reset just to login and that worked the first time...failed the second time..spinning arrow. WTH?! Guys...get on a server that loads your pages faster.
love this app ❤️. excellent gear!. and very good prices. a very large selection of stuff to choose from. instead of playing games on my phone, I like to browse the app and see what is New. and of course occasionally I see something I have to have, and order it.
been trying to figure out why my order is still processing. I paid $9 for 3-5 day shipping and it's been 4 days and they still haven't pulled the money from my account, I called yesterday and today and no one answered, left a message with no call back, I just want to cancel the order at this point because I found the same sight on Amazon cheaper and free shipping.. but I cant cancel the order!
Have been using this app sense 2017 with no issue. But recently I have been unable to receive anything I have ordered. The app always says "processing order" when I call to speak with some one they say I have too many addresses on file. I am a traveling medical professional and have not had an issue in the 4 years I have been using this company. In the last two months I have had to cancel multiple orders, for this reason at this time I can nolonger recommend this company.
Now I've only scanned through the top seller's of the day page and I must say this site has an excellent menu of products and top brands,,, and so far the prices are noticeable in that their exceptionally low to me and I've been to all the stores in general for the items here and there way competitively priced hand's down, check it out, you won't be disappointed .... <>< <><
Great app, they have awesome deals. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE SHIPPING DATE!!! some items say ships in 1-2 business days, but sometimes items will have ridiculously long ship dates. Also it won't tell you when it Ships unless you go to your cart, that's where you'll see that info.
application requires you to grant complete access to your phone. this means all your files, camera, phone ID, let it run in the background even when not using it and more. you need to ask these people why they require you to allow them to invade your privacy so much to install their application; I'll pass. I will not accept their explanation; access to your camera to take a picture of your credit card became people are too lazy to enter the information, total phone access for what they claim...
No problems with this app but this company will cancel items from the order without notification or providing a reason. They have done this multiple times to me yet the items show up on their app as available.
I ordered a at upper and buffer tube spring. they canceled my order with no explanation, without even the courtesy to inform me with some kind of notice. I am completely dissatisfied.
Everything advertised that I wish to purchase is not available! Will be deleting this useless app immediately. Will spend my hard earned dollars with a company that has what I want available!
if you are trying not to spend money don't get this app. So many things daily that have great prices almost too good to pass up.
Useless for outside the USA, as they do not export most of the items to other countries.

Some good stuff But what p.o's me is that's they'll show/advertise product leading you to believe they're in stock and when you click on it it shows out of stock
I really don't remember much, but I must have uninstalled for a reason. People are different, and have different likes, so if it sounds interesting to you...
consistantly selling out of stock items that take weeks/months to receive. And good luck actually getting what you ordered. It's even worse than parent company optics planet, so just google reviews on that.
they have a lot of nice things on this app Dvor you would love it here down load it today and save.

Initially I gave the app 2 stars for one reason. I placed an order that I immediately realized I needed to cancel. When I hit the cancel button, I kept getting an error message stating "We are sorry, but order cancelation has failed. Please try again in a few minutes or contact customer service." Update: They fixed the issue and I was able to cancel. I'll be going back to order from them in the future.
