my phone had troubles with synchronizing contacts, this app solved all my problems, is very detailed and has great tools for contacts-messages-calls. nwo thumbs up! an update, had to create a contact and the app does not manage editing and creating a contact, too bad, nice feature to have, but I'm still very happy with it.
Overall I like a lot, but find SMS VERY buggy. I try to send to someone, and it sends to someone to else. Or it it mislabels sender of incoming SMS. WHAT GIVES??? Can you FIX this (considering that I'm using the PAID version of this app)? I've been FORCED as a result to use a different app for messaging.
I used to love this app, but somehow the in call widget has disappeared. This was very useful to see the company name on the call screen while keeping the standard contact app. Sent them a mail and the solution seems to be installing this app directly from their website. This solves the issue. Wonderful app.
I came back to it when my phone default SMS and Call App failed. It works fine and I can now assign Dial numbers to some contacts. But the SMS is difficult to read in Dark Mode because of the background color and text color. Sometimes too it does not know which Sim called a number last or which Sim was called when listing the Recent Calls. Pls fix these.
if I'm buying a software for 3 month, I do it for testing and not because I automatically assume that it is something that will suit me to the rest of my life. If the originator of the software thinks it is o.k. to extend the subscription period automatically (without further notice) for the next 3 month and so on, well, that might suit his / her interests, but I don't call it consumer friendly.
Love it. Best app, but it doesn't have a screen caller ID. Hate to use the native with swipe to answer and to use an App that does it requires changing default app for calls. So when you are adding a decent screen id with those red and green buttons, I'll be back.
Excellent app, but I'm having issues with search on the dailer. 1st of all the search works only on the call history, it doesn't show contacts that I haven't called before. After making the 1st call then it matches the contact. How do I fix this?
This is a very good apps _ the make up as well as its functionality. I ve always used it except the past few months after changing the phone. Actually it has everything you need and functioning properly now_including the messaging. Infact such making is what we call application development_the apps is getting better and better.
Love the app and will only going to award 4 stars. The reason I tried to filter calls based on the first 6 digits of the telephone number followed by *. It did not work with or without country code +1. I contacted DW but got a ho hum response and no resolution. After paying $10.50 USD, I was expecting a resolution.
This one of the very few apps that do calls and SMS, that's why I use it and bought it. But when i call there is a notification that DW stopped responding and the system phone app was used. My phone is a Xiaomi MI 9T.
Doesn't work. States "lacking permissions for on-screen widget". Then, when I allow it to "draw above other apps", an ugly widget appears but still no notification. 1 star until fixed.
After latest update, call history is no longer displayed. Upgrading from 3 to 4 stars: fast reply from developer, but the solution requires to download apk from a source other than Google Store which is not ideal to say the least. Ok with it for now, but there needs to be a proper permanent solution put in place.
When you make a search for the contacts name it is good that the relationship and note parts are also taken into account. And you can choose to turn this on or off. HOWEVER you cannot make hierarchy for the search criteria.The contact you search is listed alphabetically with all the other contacts that have this name in note or relationship parts. So you can see the contct itself right at the bottom of the list if his/her relationships' names' first letter comes before his/her name's first letter
I like this app but I request you to upgrade caller id to show name and photo for unknown numbers. And while call announcement u should give countinuously also.
Not identify the unknown callers. If it's identity the unknown callers I'll give it 5 stars ✨. I hope you add this feature as soon as possible coz it's very very important. Even we pay money 💵 for that.
worked well for quite awhile, but with Android 8.1 notifications no longer work. missed voice mails. had to uninstall.
Very vast and complex. Many features/options/customizable whatsits. It even has a phone app with it.
Even after having Note9, I need to download this App. Imagine how beautiful this app is in terms of various functions and easy of use. You guys should keep doing good work.

I cannot add contacts! When I click "add contact" it appears "system does not support" Please help me solve this big inconvenient.
Whenever I am trying to view contacts, it is showing the contact in the phone default app although I changed the settings in the phone as default DW Contacts. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
This app was previously fantastic but progrossively loss its functions . It deletes call recorder, SMS and other functions. Worse

Hello! A great app, but it wouldn't let me add new contacts. Android would say: "System does not support!"
I purchased this app because it is really great. it would be even greater if you could use photos from your photo album for backgrounds and if you could assign a different color to your contacts. it should be fully customized to your liking of coLor incLuding the color if the incoming outgoing and missed calls and also different fonts for the price of $9.80. it would be even greater if it had speaker 🔈 phone 📱 to it.
