Sure, the app will load your cameras in their thumbnails. Barely. Now try watching one .. maybe the app will load it, maybe it won't. Did you wanna watch something live, real-time?! HA. *endless buffering* I dunno who thinks this app is even worth the storage space on your device, but if they work for the dev team they need to be fired
so...on iphone i can have options of ptz, audio, relay, capture...on android only get ptz, audio...also cant record video clips via mobile? As someone who puts in various nvrs and use their apps, DW Mobile + is extremely basic and missing key features. Might want to step your mobile game up.
We really regret going with an installation that had these cameras. They're the same quality if not worse than Nest. They're more expensive and just not worth it at all. The app hardly ever works and is insanely awful. Navigating even a few seconds to fast forward can take > 10 seconds. It's a nightmare trying to find any incidents that happened. Do yourself a favor and go with a Ring/Nest/other solution.
Sees my cameras but refuses to connect. Also, will not install on external storage and that's an auto-fail.
Just downloaded the new update, now the app crashes every time I try and add a new site, obviously they didn't work out all the bugs before they released the new update.
It sucks! It never connects, just spins and spins. I got in once. You people need to fix this! I was promised to be able to view my dog from your app while being boarded and I can't. Fix your app and let people give you some positive feedback for a change! Every body hates it!
Terrible. Most of the time the camera view does not appear.
It works on occasion. Difficulty connecting to cameras while using this app and using cell phone data. Works ok and sometimes when using wifi instead. Needs an update and upgrade asap to fix these major issues.
The new app for my new dvr video recorder. Works with the Comcast's Dynamic IP router.
Terrible. Impossible to watch video either live or in playback. Constantly freezing or buffering. Have all new cameras and DVR system and cannot watch it.
What happened to this app? v20.4.32276 has been working fine on an Android phone; just installed this "DW Mobile Plus" on my Galaxy tab and IT DOES NOT WORK. Don't blame it on covid, this is really poor development work.😡
Much better than previous apps. Sometimes shows no data when connecting to Spectrum server.
Pretty horrible app. Doesn't refresh, always shows no data. Get it together!
Nice that it looks like spectrum but no motion search like spectrum and to slow to be usable
Love this app! Very usefull to monitor my Digital Watchdog cameras!
This is an early access version you will need a DW DVR or NVR easy to use for Live View and Playback

Now that my phone has updated to Android 12 this app no longer works. Cleared memory, deleted and reinstalled, still not working. Giving access to all of DW's different types of servers in one app is a great idea for those like me with different types - when it works. Please fix.
