Are developers even reading the reviews? Its been 2 months and I have the same problem as everyone else. Cant rewind or it will freeze or the app will shut off and I will see a note saying this app has bugs. 🤷♀️
Works great, responsive, intuitive, and regularly updated. The search feature is awesome. No port forwarding needed and I can switch between multiple servers/sites in no time. I just wish they would add layout control so I could re-order the cameras easily instead of it being strictly A-Z. If you set your secondary stream to 2 or 3fps instead of the 7fps default, it can make a big difference on sites with slow upload speeds (15Mbps or less).
Quick and easy to use app. Video streams very quickly when you open app. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because of the lack of notifications when motion is detected. Please add this feature!
Note 20s ultra shows server "unreachable" when all other devices have no issue accessing the camera system. If I log completely out and back in I can see the camera one time. If I go through the cloud link I can edit cameras and setting but can't see the time line feed. Started a month ago.
Same issue as John. Live view only and can't rewind video or it freezes.
It's a great addition to your software, however I would highly suggest adding the ability to cast it to a TV(aka add a cast option) this would be great to view a part or full view of my establishment without the need to install software on the go
Very good IP Cam app. Super fast and responsive even with many 4k cameras. Jump to motion event or time almost instantly. Just wish I could set different internal vs. external IP to my one DW server.
It's ok. Works and lets you view your cameras. However. Not support what so ever for layouts. Why? Makes it useless for any long term use. Only good for quick check of a camera or two ☹️
Worked great before the update . Now can't play back same issue with other users.
Pretty sad that Cox communications uses this outdated junky app that barely works...
Rarely have any glitches with the platform, excellent response time, and a modern viewing experience!
Uninstalled then re-installed and it seems to be working now though it seems very slow, more than before. Updating to 3 stars.

Do not use latest update, I ruined everything, only live viewing available. Can't rewind, if you do screen locks in loading for ever, never works, again do not use latest update, I wish I could uninstall that update.
