Not sure what everyone else uses this app for, but I suffer from trichotillomania (compulsive hair pulling). Having this on my phone is a nice little reminder not to pull. I have my Incident counter labelled "Pull Free Days". It gives me daily congrats when I surpass another day. So far my longest streak is 4 days but right now I'm on a 2 day stretch. The clock is easy to reset & doesn't take up much phone storage or battery life. I've tried several other versions & this one is the best by far!
Very close to being the best app is its kind. The main problem to fix is graphics. The dark mode is half baked (contrast between black and blue is to low to be usable). The widgets could get a facelift as well, especially there should be a nice 1x1 widget - take q look at "day counter widget" app for a solid example. One thing that could be easily fixed immediately is to constraint the widget title to a single row when the widget is at its smallest, so that the counter remains visible.
This is a pretty solid app. It does what it's supposed to, and does it well. There are no extras or anything, and the UI and UX is very bare minimum, but I like it for its simplicity. Worth it to spend a little on premium for multiple counters.
"""Hi, thanks for a very nice app. I like the design and the motivational messages, which are very thoughtful and deepπ. But there is room for improvement. I became a PRO user to have the ability to assign multiple tasks. And since I use the app as a widget-reminder in 99% of the cases, I was a bit disappointed to see that it is impossible to have multiple tasks on your screen at once. Yes, the widget has a slider, which can be used to switch tasks, but I wanted to have the ability to see all my tasks at once. The way I see it this can be done in two ways: 1) using multiple 3x1 widgets, each for one task 2) using a big all-screen widget for, say, 4-5 tasks. Both would work for me. Right now the app has only 3x1-sized widgets, I tried to use 2 widgets, each for one task, but when I slide a task on one widget the tasks are changing on all widgets, so this won't work for me. If this one-task-per-widget behaviour is too complex to implement, maybe you could try to make a big widget say for 4-5 tasks? To bear the development cost you could add it as your app's PRO feature, I don't mind π. I hope you'll bring this feature sooner or later. Happy coding, and goodbye."""
Whenever is start feeling tempted all I have to do is look at my home screen... 6 days... Don't wanna throw that all away. It's super helpful and and incouraging. I don't even know if it has adds because I use it as I need and see none. Easy to use, too.
The app is helping me tremendously. Every time I access my phone, it's there to remind me how far I made it. I was hoping, however, that the actual time clock graphic (with the days, hours, mins, and seconds) that's in the app would actually show on my home screen widget. The widget only shows the days as a number. EDIT: Wow. After I made the request change the widget clock, you guys did it. Awesome job. Here is your 5th π!
The widget updates only the seconds and centiseconds. The minutes, hours, and days don't update unless you click on the widget and open the app. Feature-rich app otherwise. Uninstalled anyway, because I needed it primarily for the widget.
Smooth experience so far. The app is quite simple, just the way I like it
An overall elegant app to accomplish it's goal. Would be awesome to have a chart/graph feature to display history. Would definitely buy the Pro version if it had that feature
Love the simplicity and versatility.
This excellent app to build Good Habbit and left bad habbit
Good. Simple. Works. On home screen and also notifies you when you've hit a certain number of days. You can only run one timer at a time with the free version.
Tw self harm This has helped me staying clean a lot cause when I want to harm or something I just remember how long I've been clean for. And when I see the notification that it's been ** days I get so happy cause it means I'm recovering. Thanks for making this app cause it helps me to stay away from self harm in many ways.
This app is really helping. I am using this while trying to stop cutting and it is very reassuring to see that number go up. I am currently at 2 days without cutting and this app is really encouraging me to continue being strong and not give in.
This app make me happy everyday when I see what I have achieved every single day so it's like a challenge and when you see your daily achievements you feel like you are very close to your goals which gives a sort of satisfaction. Thank you
This basic app has been really helpful in assisting me to hit small goals.I only wish I could add multiple goals on the basic.
The widget stopped working after the update. Please fix , other than that a very solid and useful app
You can only turn off notifications if you pay for the app. There's about a thousand other apps just like this I can download that don't do it. No thanks. I'm out π€£
A very useful widget for days since I quit working from a bad job. Going to purchase Pro as Developer was very nice in conversing via email.
This is in context to no.incidents happened so many days.... what about we r counting that an incident took place n we r counting.. it may be related to either of emotions not necessarily taken as achievement. I hope it has more opions in terms of the counter.
Every motivational tool means the world when you are trying to achieve a goal. Thanks!
Nice counter but too bad the widget is not configurable. I would like a 1x1 widget showing just the days.
None should use this. You can only set 1 goal and that's it. You need to PAY five bucks to set more goals -,_,-
The idea of the app is great! Can improve... The app changes the language according to the system, but I wanted to leave the app in Portuguese and my system in English. I don't have that option π There should also be a notification that is fixed in the notification bar, so let's remember that we are trying to reach a goal.
