Terrible by all means Trying to access my account then you check you are not a robot, that will ask you to choose specific photos as a security, the window that continues these photos so big to the point can't read what is the question and can't see the rest of the photos. If you lucky enough to guess the question and choose the right photos, now you go to the bills and good luck to open one... You just see long list of bills that impossible to open even after DOWNLOADING the Adobe reader PDF 😡

App needs improvements with the UI and available features. The only useful thing about the app is that you can pay your bill. Other than that you will be directed to the website which is not mobile responsive. Good luck trying to verify you are not a robot which gets asked everytime on the website. For what I pay to LADWP, I would hope they would invest in their digital technology but again, they might just increase rates first before thinking about customer service.

USELESS! won't let me log in or register with my email. Tells me to enter a proper email everytime. I called customer service and they said to download the internet explorer app. So I did that and it STILL won't accept my email! I have a Samsung Galaxy note9 and downloaded this app last year and hoping some update would fix it which the app NEVER has an update! Tech guys can fix this from home or LADWP is too cheap and just does NOT care. Deleting this app FOREVER

Neither app nor website cannot accept payment. This is what pops up... "This function is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please try again later." They maintain their app and website the same way way they maintain the power lines in this city, incompetently. Yet, they raise their rates.

It needs to redesigned. Why develop an app if we have to login and password when you open up an app every time. Apps should make life easier by speedup work not complicating it. Then why not use browser instead of this app.

Save yourself the trouble. Just use the website. Downloading past bills on PDF doesn't work because the links go right back to the main page. Typical utility company inefficiency, especially for Los Angeles.

Zero. Routes me to the web version of DWP. Difficult to see any value of having to login into a desktop site from my phone and then zoom up the view. Dinosaur 🦕

do not install!!! made my phone restart every 3 to 5 minutes, it requires some strange permission dont allow it use the website!! im not sure even it official. could be spam

Been using it forever now but since I switched to my new Apple XS max I cant download the app? Never had a problem before the switch.

The app does well for paying your bill but that's about all that works.

Rates for water💧🚣‍♂️ are still priced and Tiered at drought levels and we have been out of a drought for years now ❌ Did you hear they are going to limit your use to 5 gallons 🚽🛁a day. ❌They want ⚡electrical cars but Tier your usage so that you can't even watch 🕯TV without going into Tier 2❌ They keep raising Sanitation rates every 2yrs now $30 a pop 📈

Perfect example of waste at DWP. Updated 10/2020. My previous review is still valid. Other than throwing up a bill calculator which cannot be used unless you know your usage (which you cannot get through the app), this app does nothing. Imagine hundreds of thousands of dollars LADWP has wasted every year building and maintaining this app.

This app is useless when you ask to see the bill it does nothing but ask you to download Adobe Acrobat and funny thing is I already have it but when you go through the web it works perfect

This app has a tab that says 'pay bill' however when you click on that tab nothing comes up, there for you're unable to pay your bill with the app which in my mind makes this app completely useless.. 😠

It doesn't give you real time usage of my account which is retarded. It's just a calculator/estimator. How is this useful?

I need an app to pay my bills not to rate it.

Cannot view account. No payment option. Doesn't show you your actual bill but an estimate. Hope they atleast have the basic features.

This was working fine but since the last update the date range stops in 2013 and I get a null date range error message. Shame because it was a 5 star app but since it now cannot perform its only function...
