I'am trying to sign in using my ACP account and a message says your subscription has expired keeps coming to me !!! I don't know why is this happening !
Latest update broke the login process. Each day I have to log in again, the login is not persistent. The platform has great content, presented in a bulleted style that is easy and quick to read. So far they improved the design a little bit, but there are many things to improve still. I would like to have easier access to tables and images.
Dynamed plus is the very good app. Its content is superb. I want to mention few problems that I have noticed. The application content doesn't update on its own and when manually update, the update process takes pretty long time. The application isn't supported in older Android version. I would like to request the developer to make the compatible app at least with Android Jellybean, if possible. Thanks!
It was such a great poc programme, but now it has become useless, as it closes itself within seconds of being opened. I have cleared huge mounts of storage and memory, but that has not helped. Why do developers need to do this to us? The last edition was superb, and never had these issues. Please fix - I really loved this programme when it worked.....
One of the best medical apps, there's so much you can do with it. From calculators to ICD.
After every 2-3 wks, the app displays the content update message on every launch. The contents are not shown, rather (?) is displayed below the tabs. Search does not give any result and no topic can be viewed. The app has to uninstalled & then re-installed to work again...
The app has crashed several times and now I cannot use it without authenticating every time, despite choosing full download or partial download. Seems pretty useless unless I'm connected to the university wifi. It used to be such a great app, too. Please fix.
I have the content fully installed. the app opens but the content doesn't work literally over 50% of the time. I have to re-download all the content to possibly get it to work again. the experience is not comparable to uptodate app.
The app is not feasible to activate. It needs authorization from the parent website through an email sent immediately. It crashes too much if you choose the offline data option. You need to set it online to avoid this. The app developers need to 1, ease its authorization process 2, improve the offline state
the app is useless. even after i downloaded all the content to work offline and I search for anything I am told the content is not available. Update With the new version. I have all the content downloaded, though since the last update Everytime I want to use it I need to log in via my login and password, which makes it impossible to use when i have no online access. What can i do to make the app work offline again? Thanks Elisha
Once the app downloads it will commonly try to download it again and again every time we try to open it which will lock you out of the application so you cannot use it at all. You are then forced to uninstall the app and reinstall it so that it will work for a short amount of time until the same error occurs again.
Better than up-to-date once beyond medical student level. Quotes primary sources and evidence behind recommendations and very quick once learn how to use it. Up to date is only better with regard to epidemiology and pathophysiology otherwise dynamed is the best source and efficient enough to use for 20 minute clinics appts.
Not pleased with the update. App doesn't seem to work offline after downloading almost a gigabyte of data. Constantly have to log in again and again. Search is much slower.
Useless - Cannot get past install process. I installed the app and then attempted to log in twice as guest and takes a long time for a secondary "download", then just leaves you on a page with no options to click on.
Great content online but the app takes way too long to open and the search function isn't as intuitive as the online version. Unfortunately how slow the app opens makes it unusable.
Rating modified from 1 to 5 stars. Early this year the app would just keep loading and not pull up any topic I searched for. I decided to update today and ensure everything is saved on the phone (799mgb). Working fine now.
Very good resource for to the point information. Good compilation of guidelines and evidence base. The updates section on new research should be more organized. Fantastic job, otherwise!
Content is great. The app consistently crashes and requires full update to view guidlines. Unfortunately, I have given up on mobile access. I will resort to online pc access.
Unfortunately with new version, the content update is not working properly. The app tries to update it's database but it's fails and reset it to version 0 rendering the app useless. I have tried reinstalling a few times and the content updates always reset to database version 0....
good app ... works great on my phone but the scrolling is slightly laggy and not very responsive.. unfortunately it does not work at all on my Samsung galaxy tab s4, it only says network error on load.
I'm quite happy with DynaMed, I switched from UpToDate and 5 Minute Clinical Consult recenty. I love the data, the search functionality and being able to get CE credits. I do think DynaMed is missing algorithms.
This app crashes and hasn't worked on my s10e for at least 6 months. Update: suddenly began working on last check. Thank you. Will improve to 4 star.

Dear support, i have updated my version to 3.1.2 and I still face this problem: Tnx for the very usefull content! But the app sign in is a mess! I am signing in with my ACP membership which is valid till 1 year... but each time i login it stays signed in until only 1 day... please tell me how can i work around this problem since i dont have internet on many days to sign in again... so i end up unable to use the app
App is a little clunky, occasionally have to close it and reopen, but generally excellent!
Works great. ENHANCEMENT REQUEST: The option to store content locally uses 1GB. There should be an option to use external storage (the SD card) to store Dynamed content for the Android version, just like lots of other apps that store a lot of data can do (Netflix, Kindle, etc.)
