App crashed multiple times per hour first 2 days, then they did improve that. The notifications would be good if they took you to the notification instead of the main page and make you hunt it down. I was able to find the sessions using the app, so it did its job,

Worked okay with random crashes first day and a half of Summit. Crashed and almost completely stopped opening later in the day. All favorites disappeared. I hope this is fixed by tomorrow. This is running very poorly. We paid a lot to attend the show. Pretty frustrating being able to see slide decks.

App crashes, logins are unintuitive, and data gets stale. I can't login with my username and password, I have to get an "access key" — whatever that is. The schedule doesn't update automatically. I have to refresh it manually. How am I supposed to know when it changes?

App is extremely buggy and at this stage unusable; I cannot get past the welcome page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but since the Summit WiFi doesn't work either, I'm heading to constantly gobble cellular data to reinstall this app.

The Your Schedule doesn't show the items I have starred in the breadcrumb sections. If something is started it should show on the main my schedule screen. I also added the events to my personal calendar and they keep disappearing, I have to keep adding it to my calendar.

It's very useful, but when I click on my schedule, I don't see only what I've selected in the breakout sessions. Also, it would be helpful to see which sessions are being recorded, without clicking all the way into the session.

Very slow operation. Very messy navigation. Random crashes. You should stop promoting this app on your events. It's better to not have an app, but have a good website than have this. Excuse me for honesty.

Does not working well at all. Always Crashing. Need to contact support a lots of time. Very useless. This App need to be rebuild. It does not even suppose to get 1 star. Just 0 star

Terrible performance and information comes and goes, including calendar appointments. Not a good experience.

Has bugs. The app does not always show the whole schedule. I had to uninstall and reinstall to fix.

The DC event is not showing. When I try to go into setting the app crashes. Unable to do anything in the app.

Just didn't like the initial home screen to access the schedule and other parts, as it doesn't state to press the icon.

Tons of login issues. Formatting is difficult to read. There's no way to logout!

Useful app but taking notes in a session is not very friendly as it heaps on right hand site and not really readable

Finding sessions you have selected requires you to scroll until you see your start. Refresh returns blank screen.

So far I think it's very user friendly and packed with everything I need next week. I see many enhancements from the last two summits.

Spotty. To find the session you marked as a favourite you need to scroll rather than it showing at the top

Drains battery. Doesn't always update. Sessions disappear.

Difficult to use. Cant always access schedule.

Good app. However the scheduling could have been displayed better definitely made my time at the summit more convenient.

Needs more work. Link and download and favourite features are good. Calendar times were out by 1 hour. Events or choice of events did not always display on "by day" view, event list (book layout) did not display well on mobile device.
