Obfuscates *simple* timekeeping functions -- Save and Submit should be front & center. Save is absent. One enters time, backs out, and manually refreshes to confirm. Default data entry view should focus on today's date, or the day after the most recent date of entry. (I studied UI design in college, and subsequently taught & practiced it. A good UI makes things *easier* for the user.)
Two of our customers just reported that with BC 17.5 they are not able to login with the APP anymore. Buffer and locally stored data was cleared, and they can login. But they need to do this everytime to get the APP working now. Unfortunately they un-installed it on one of their devices, and they can't intall it again on a Zebra Android v10 version, because Google says it is unsopprted version? How can we get the BC installed again? It is working/installed on other equeal Zebra devices.
I am unable to login to my account and my work is badly affected. Update 1: thanks. now it is working. However, still unable to open the attachments and the app is giving a message to open them from a pc or tablet.
App won't let me get to home screen. I login and when trying to load it says I need to refresh it then it takes me back to login page and it keeps happening. I have even Uninstalled and Re-Installed the app bit it doesn't work.
Since most recent update I have to login everytime I go to the app. This was not the case with previous versions??? Please fix. Now I can't even login to my production environment 🤐😢 3/22/2021. Uninstalled & reinstalled. Managed to login to my production environment once! Then got a REFRESH message, now am in a login and refresh loop, of which I cannot find a way out. I can login into my Sandbox environments? Please help!!! It is working properly, thank you. I can do business mobile again!
Can't read charts. Please allow different color schemes or other techniques for color blindness. Use //// \\\\ |||| = line patterns to help distinguish different areas of charts. Or just add text arrays below so we can read them. Thank you!
The back button on this app is not working, if we touch on the back button the app is closing directly , it is very difficult to use this app under this situation, hope you guy's will find a solution as soo as possible
Hasn't worked for weeks now with Intune (Company Portal) our entire company can no long use app. It keeps wanting to enroll the phone thats already enrolled
This app is unusable on Note 10 Plus Android 10. The back button on the app doesn't show and if you press the back button on the Android OS the app exits out immediately instead of going back one page.
Stuck on a screen. The only way back is with the built in back button on my phone but that exits the app. Force closing the app doesn't change anything.
Endless loop of "We paused while you were away. Please refresh to continue." I refresh and the same thing. Truly awful user experience!
The app is usable for some light tasks. Strangely subpages (for example sales order lines) cannot show more than 10 lines even if more exist in the web/windows client.
it's missing the most important feature of BC, the system wide search box. Without that the user only has access to what's predefined on the role center
great app. would be really nice if we had the ability to change which tenant we are connecting to (for partners who have access to multiple customer sites, or to change between sandbox/production)
We Can't login in this app since 5 days. When opening this app a page with message showing "We paused while you are away please refresh to continue". If refresh app its going back to login page.
Every update provided through Google Play fails to install. Need to uninstall the app and then reinstall to update, this has happened for the last 3 updates.
The back button closes the app, and when you open it again it restarts... it's like they made an app and never tried it themselves.
Does this app have any offline capability? For example - I will do some posting offline, (e.g. Invoice creation) and it will update the data in BC when online.
Still having same login issues that's supposedly was fixed. Many of my coworkers have been experiencing same problems.
Good but cannot work on some of the basic needs like assigning a serial or lot number for an item in sales order etc
We cannot do attachments on the app. It gives error, the task is not possible on your current device.
I have to use this to log my hours but I have to re-download this app every time I want to access it... If I try and login in I just boots me back to the login screen
Extremely hard to navigate, the help page is a sick joke
