The Dynamics 365 for Operations mobile app includes the following productivity boosting features:
- You can view, edit and operate on your business data with intermittent network connectivity and while your mobile phone is completely offline. When your device re-establishes a network connection, your offline data operations are automatically synchronized with your Dynamics 365 for Operations backed.
- IT admins can build and publish mobile workspaces that have been tailored to their organization. The app leverages your existing code assets, so no need to re-implement your validation procedures, business logic, or security configuration.
- IT admins easily design mobile workspaces using the point-and-click workspace designer that comes built-in with the Dynamics 365 for Operations web client.
- IT admins can optionally optimize the offline capabilities of workspaces by utilizing the Business Logic extensibility framework. Dynamically updating the UI and processing data while the device is offline helps ensure your mobile scenarios remain rich and fluid even without constant device network connectivity.
Your Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations subscription requires Platform Update 3 to enable the features of this mobile app.

It was fine for about a month then went to garbage. Syncs fail constantly...once you sign out you can't sign back in (can't reach url error, even though you were literally just connected to the same url).
Terribly slow and unable to search for items in database. Allows me to log in but tells me to log in again with valid credentials!? Poor customization options and settings.
issue authenticating with a work account that requires 2 step authorization/authentication... i was not able to log into a customer's environment as it constantly says that my credentials are not valid... i never got the authentication request from the microsoft authentication app as it happens when i connect to other microsoft services
Horrible app. No option to uninstall. Keeps up popping every time I open my phone, constant irritant. Worst App I would have ever seen!
Keeps hanging, won't sync, old reports and receipts show up as incomplete, changes payment type by itself.
any possibility to enable phone notification for example when I have a purchase order or an expense management to approve ? If not, I have to log in to the app to see whether or not I have elements to approve...
Expenses and receipts aren't syncing. Functionality is intermittent.
Can't login. It says "Taking you to your organisation's sign in page", then just a white screen.
App crashes any time I try to associate a photo to an expense. Impossible to use

Locks up during receipt syncs and have to uninstall and reinstall all the time.

This app is simply dreadful. It seems like you all didn't even check to see if it works before you rolled it out. It consistently does not open. When it does open and you try to do anything on it (eg to do expenses management) it just hangs. It is one of the worst apps I've ever had the misfortune to have to use.
