I currently use GEOCRM which is a free crm with a web and mobile platform and has all the features and everything I need for in the field. Tried this app out after a friend recommended it. Nice UI and design.

It would be nice if I could actually add contacts when I'm out in the field but the only thing I can see is what I've input while sitting at my desk or using my laptop. None of the functionality that is supposed to be with it exists

I have an Android 5.0 device and this app works perfectly. No stability or sign in issues. I'm able to interact with the application features without issues. The app has a clean, organized, and well formatted user interface. Everyone I show this to is impressed and looks forward to using it.

Too bad...I installed this a month ago and it worked fine. Although, compared to the ipad version this Android version is poor. But, one star for now because I can't even access. Still bad this just doesn't cut it. just go to the site on your web browser..won't use this.

Slow, unstable, crashes every few clicks if you have a bad connection (which is no excuse), logs you out every single time it loses a connection, no offline capability, no integration with your phone (unlike other crm mobile apps that log your calls and integrate with your contacts). It's absolutely impossible to get any tasks done on the move with this app, and this is supposed to be your all in one on the go solution. Seriously Microsoft? This is the best you could do?

How on earth does Microsoft expect companies to work when their app won't work on Android 5. It has been out for a while now and still no update. Shocking. Half of my sales team can't use the mobile app. Considering this is part of the partner sales pitch to business, you guys need to sort your stuff out. If 4.4.4 support is anything to go by we will have 5 support by the time 6 comes out. Huge Pity

Finally works with 4.4.4. Hopefully it will work with 5.0 that comes out in 3 days. Update - just got the lollipop upgrade and the app no longer works. It was nice for the month.

By the time the update comes out for 5, android users will be on the next version waiting for Microsoft to catch up. Not that this app really adds any value to the mobile web version...

It's been months and this app still does not work. I am the IT administrator for our CRM OnPremise and I cannot even test/troubleshoot it due to this. It crashes on Galaxy note 3 crashes in latest update.
