Dynasty Toys – Shopping Made Fun

I've bought some of their toys and my children love them. Their products are great and I love that they have free giveaways. The thing I'm not loving is this app. It's very slow and sometimes when I click on things they never open. I can move the screen up and down but cant click on anything else. It definitely needs some work but the app is new and I'm hopeful they'll fix these issues in the future.

Laggy, every single time I try and open it, the app (and website) tell me there is too much traffic so gives me a little GIF to watch and a button to refresh every few minutes. Impossible to search word generic items. Everything seems to be out of stock every time I go to search. Just all around bad.

If I could give this a zero. I won over 15 items been waiting months email after email. I finally got an envelope with a deck of cards, and a nightmask. (I'm so sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. As I'm sure you figured out, we ran into alot of issues this past holiday season when trying to give away so many prizes to so many people. Due to inventory constraints we aren't able to completely fulfill every order as expected. We've got a giveaway bundle that's awaiting shipment to you)

This company is a scam. They do "giveaways" but never send the prizes to anyone. They say they're offering shipping for everything all at once so it comes close to Christmas but this is really so it's too late to dispute charges and since they're not in this country they are getting away with it. Remember when something seems too good to be true, it usually is! Do NOT put credit/debit card info into this app or site! FYI the positive reviews are just people trying to get those "prizes" smh

Dynasty fb page is great and so is their fb group. Im excited to see this app take off as well as their fb page and group are. App needs work, opened fine for me but everything is taking forever to load, it wont let me save nothing to a wishlist.. Seems to be some buggs that need to be fixed. Would love to see this app improve better..

This app is terrible. I add things to my wishlist, but when I check they're not there. Instead, there are a bunch of squishy toys. I messaged support and they said they were taking care of it. Now I'm unable to log in at all. It says my username or email is not registered.

They have great toys. My kids love the lazer tag set but the app is awful! I try to click on things like "view order" and it doesn't do anything. I'm not able to see it. There are only a few that actually work. I really hope they fix that soon.

Great company and customer service. They help make Christmas shopping a little easier and less stressful all together. I love how they have it set up to where they send everything you get at once and will be here in time for when you need it. They think about there customers and families and just all round get company.

Great company, but the android app is junk. It crashes every single time I try to open it. Download on an iPhone or iPad instead if you can - works perfectly there!

They give 50.00 gift cards and message you constantly, only to find out you get a error when trying to access the page. It never has worked and I've tried for hours. A waste of time. Don't bother.

I love this! This app lets you see all the toys, its easy to use and I can Christmas shop! I like that they don't send your stuff until the end of November. Just in time to wrap without it being in the way (and kids can't snoop and find)!

I love Dynasty Toys! Can't wait for our new Jukibot to arrive this fall just in time for xmas! My kids love their laser tag and it requires no wearable devices. It's all in the gun! Multiple teams and other accounts games like capture the flag, another one we can't wait to get, and Jukibot that can operate on its own or controlled by a comparable smart device. Win win!

What an adorable kid friendly, easy to access shopping trip!! And oh the items avalible bring the biggest smiles to my grandkids ages 1-8!! Whatever im looking for is here, with no crowds... This app never works. I keep getting a bad gateway error and can't use the 50 dollar gift card that I supposedly won. Also what happened to all the prizes that I supposedly one and would get info in December about when they would ship and that I would have them in December? You shouldn't tell people they won and get their Hope's up and then ignore emails.

I got messages saying I won a $50 gift card. I learned apparently that Dynasty was giving them away to everyone but had to be used same day. I was never able to get on the site even when they extended the time. Guess it was a scam. What a bummer!

Im really disappointed with this app i couldnt purchase anything until a couple of days later. The site was down, You said i won a $50 gift card and when i tried to purchase an item it went back to telling me to enter my name and address again . So ii think this is a scam.

App won't load! Site won't load! They keep saying that are working on it. It's been 2 days. Says I won a $50 card. Says time limit is on the card. Everyone's saying the same thing happened to them. Is this a scam?

I keep getting a bad gateway 502 error. I've updated the app etc. I won a few prizes and downloaded the app because it was required, but now I can't actually use the app. I have never given one star before.

I have soent3 hours and 25 minutes of my Thanksgiving trying to open this app to redeem a gift card that I supposedly won. This has been a complete aggravating disappointment. The card expires at 12. I would be willing to bet that I won't have a single problem opening the app at 12:01.

So far i havent had any issues. Easy to use and we find some great deals for everyone! Glad i downloaded it, especially with the holidays coming up.

The app worked for about 30 seconds. It has given a 503 Bad Gateway error ever since. I have reported it a couple of times for them to say it was being worked on. It hasn't been worked on. They don't care. It is doing the same thing to 4 others that I referred to it.

Wonderful customer service. Great toys. Easy shopping experience. I'm really happy with the quality and level of service we have received. I'm also happy with the way the shipping works with their products. I am a happy customer.

Dynastytoys promised me 50 dollars to spend for Christmas, they don't have much of a selection, do have to pay 10 dollars for shipping no matter what, will add more stars when I receive my purchases.

I installed and couldn't even get the app to work. Crashed the moment I opened it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled AND restarted my phone.

I'm a single mom and having any kind of help with kids toys its a great help Thank You Dynasty Toys.This is a great app to win great prizes and great prices to start your Christmas List early .My favorite give away was the American Me doll and fugi poloroid. Hope I win.

I "won" a 50 dollar gift card for their black friday deals. Downloaded the app and then their website and app shuts down and I haven't been able to get on either of the website or app. Unprofessional.

Great app with easy to use shopping experience! I am so glad I can buy Christmas presents for my kids so easily and get them delivered in time to wrap them and put them under the tree.

Great prices for really great items!! We got the laser tag set for our youth group students and they love it!! Great quality at a good price.

Haven't ordered from this company yet but they have all kinds of kids toys for great prices, also have great sales and such throughout the year, I just might finally get my mans 3 nephews a set of lazer tag toys just cuz of the great reviews and how fun it looks
