used to work but now freezes and locks up. uninstalling and reinstalled and the t&c page is seem and the buttons don't work. really annoying. please fix. Samsung s10+ and latest Android update: after about 1 week I reinstalled the app at it worked without freezing. changed from 1 to 3 stars just for that.
What a piece... Basically a feed for the alerts only. And then links to "open in browser" which just fails the SSO steps with "Bad Message 431". Don't bother with this, it looks like the summer intern built it in order to tick of some sales check list. This truly is a minimum viable product.
Good app, but would be really nice to filter problems (especially push notifications) by alert profile. I don't want to be woken up for all the nodes that are not relevant to my area of the business!
Does all of the basic troubleshooting for you. Don't waste any time on simple to moderate complexity failure modes. Mobile alerts are a little bit slow, but way better than the high noise alerting of simple thresholds.
At my client they use SSO, but do not use emails as usernames, just combination of lowercase letters and underscore. Unfortunately this app requires email. On the environment page it is said that I can install the Dynatrace and scan the barcode, but when I open the app it has only Login button and nothing else.
Problem lists are nice, and I like being able to switch between environments easily, but they aren't terribly useful until I can filter them.
Great app, provides incredible insight into complex systems. The mobile app could use some further developments, but I'm sure that's on the roadmap.
Can't disable environments on my device. I only want to see 1 environment on my device, but when I disable all the other ones, they are back when I open the app again. Super annoying.
I like the problem notifications, that is very helpful. Dashboards on-the-go would be a very useful feature to add.

Will give you quick overview of current and historic problems according to the application. It's just what you need from the app. Would be nice to have the dashboard visibility here too.
Very bad authentication , I have tried at least 10 times login to app from postal, in the web postal it has given the link to login to app it never worked don't know this is fully tested and released
Good way of notifying problems, would like a full application in order to view all details of problems, as the mobile website isn't great.

Alerts dont come on time. We are receiving alerts to problems hours later.. if we don't receive alerts on tume then what's the use..
Useful app. But can't manage user using dynatrace mobile app. I want to disable users who don't use dynatrace mobile app anymore. The only way is to delete on themselves mobile app.

It should have filtering so you can limit the notifications, like only getting notifications for a specific application.

With the last managed cluster upgrade 1.178, feed is lost if the problem engine is the new one. Reverting the engine fix the issue.

There is no way of filtering push notifications or problem list per management zone. Gives impression that the effort given to developing this app is close to zero.
