Music 7 is a great sounding speaker but the Music App is very disappointing. Was not able to connect to wifi using my samsung android phone but can connect using my samsung S2 pad. But most disappointing of all is not able to connect to my existing tidal account using the App...it continuously gave an error message. Had to resort to connecting a chromecast audio via optical cable to the speaker to stream Tidal. I bought the speaker because of claims that it supports Tidal streaming but....
Best speaker with WORSE app. First issue, cannot connect Music1 to WIFI, after several attempts, I managed to connect it. Next issue, cannot Link my Tidal account to Music app, error ““Your OAuth2 client configuration is not correct. Please check with TIDAL Partner Support”
App won't load on my Google Pixel 3 phone. What looks like a home screen flashes by from right to left, leaving me with blank screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail. Totally useless!
Speaker just refuses to connect to the network. I got this specifically for spotify and now it is a piece of useless junk. Can not recommend this speaker at all.
Nice speaker itself but the app should be more user-friendly during setup. State that BT should be paired 1st, show progress of firmware download and update.
Biggest mistake to buy a player supposed to play Tidal directly from its app. But finally it cannot, at least from my Asia region. Now it is a normal bluetooth speaker as others.
Doesn't allow music presets, preferences, just won't work

Waste of time
Sorry guys. This app is useless. It will NOT connect to the music 1 I have and when it does its only Bluetooth connectivity. So basically its just another Bluetooth speaker for a ton of money. Yes I know dyns are really good speakers and my friends has the contour 60's. But they lost a sale on the music line. This app needs fixed very badly. When I did get it to see the speaker just once I couldn't even get my tidal to load and then the speaker disappeared on me. What a shame!
