This app needs serious improvements. And the option to update isn't found in google play. It's not flexible and messages don't enter the phone to show that one has received his or her money. The only way to know is from the app.. Most at times it glitches and when restored it doesn't show the total amount of money deducted or which just entered... Guys please make your app more flexible

This is the worst app I ve ever used. Please see examples from other banks (Ecobank..) your app is outdated. Graphics are bad, it is slow and very ugly for almost 6000fcfa a trimester. A big scam.

It's not all updates that's included in the app from playstore. There is no access to your Bank statements .. language change panel .. it would have been better to include an online customer service ready to respond to the needs of the clients within specific hours.. and include updates of recent bank services available to clients ....

its ok except for the fact that its not clear how and where to update or what to do when it keeps telling you when you want to sign in , this account doesn't match your name, so i am stuck, need assistance updating my app

Nothing moving with this app ..tried several times to registre but will fail

This app isn't free it cost me approximately 6000Fcfa each trimester i think is a scam to pay for have information about his account. And nothing works. You can't make any transactions just look how much you have

Guys please do not download this app. One of the craziest aff ever used, it gives me a different information instead of mine what "rubish"

Access their Main Site and you will do all your transactions. Am Glad i can do transactions from Abroad .

I really don't understand how to register nothing works on its home page. I don't know if they read the several improvements they should do for their app to be like the concurrents. Otherwise Very boring.
