So now they want me to enable logon with fingerprint. No option to say no (or remind me later). Effectively my access is blocked because I do not recollect some old password -- and the app interface at this point has no "reset password" feature. Apparently they do not have any real or effective user testing before releasing updates!?! EDIT: now there is a "reset" link, but still no option to decline.

If you get this super weird error: "_Title _Du skal slå fingerprint før du kan tilføje fingerprint. [Ok]" - try and go to post.borger.dk and make sure you've set up the new digital post. Eboks devs: please provide better and more descriptive error messages I've wasted a lot of time on this.

Android user. Couldn't log on today with my fingerprint, had to reset my old password as I've used fingerprint for years and Couldn't remember my password. Made a new password but now the app won't activate fingerprint authentication. To activate fingerprint it asks you to type in your login details again, then gives an error message saying: _Title _Du skal slå fingerprint før du kan tilføje fingerprint Wtaf?

I do not, nor will I, use Fingerprint sign in. The app now offers only a fingerprint activation dialog. I am now limited to the browser interface. Thank you for trying to enforce reduced security on my phone.

insane. after an update a dialogue for mobile access code appears to supprt usage of fingerprint that isnt supported by phone. so eboks is now useless on this type of phone. android 11. had to use e boks web - wouw it is bad.

Completely useless app now. You have to make a less secure password instead of using 2-factor login that already works and is easy to use. No option to skip. Why? What's the point?

Links can't be clicked anymore, which drastically reduces the usefulness of the app. There are no settings where this can be changed, and no option for providing feedback inside the app. There is a help tab, but it doesn't open.

It used to be good but the access is now impossible due to the request for mobile access which doesn't work. I have to stop using this troublesome app.

Simply stopped working. Blank screen after login. Will not accept mobile password, even after resetting it and mobile access from the website.

Worked pretty well and now they have 'fixed' something. Can't even login with the app now. Seems that so many people have issues with this version that it must have been release without testing.

The app is ok but it does not prompt that the chosen password will not work. It simply accepts any password then upon login does not accept it. Please fix it. Just let people log in with nemid. Why set a password???

The links in the messages cannot be clicked any more. Please fix. Update 4/4 Why every time the app is updated it forgets the fingerprint login?

The "new" E-boks app requires me to put in a password that I cannot access anywhere, their fix for this is push the "Forgot password" button which does NOT EXIST on the android version....

Works fine. It could be easier to find the inbox when looking for old messages.

Latest update has broken the app and I cannot get past a new password screen, which i dont understand why we need yet another way to log-in things, we have nem-id and mit-id already.

Links in official mails are disabled. You can't click them, you can't inspect them, you can't open them in New Windows, and you can't copy them, to paste in a browser. I just got a mail from the police with a link I have to open to confirm a case, and keep it active. I am locked out. This is very bad!

Would be nice if you could copy the text so you're able to translate it. It might also help to hyperlink the links provided. They're not that useful if you can't copy them and they lead you nowhere. Otherwise, a useful app.

Mostly OK, 'cept I can't make it share a document via gmail or outlook mail.. The files don't attach.. 😑

Its a terrible experience. You can barely log in. All other digital post solutions work better. Uninstalling

Just crashes all the time when u open it .. reinstalled and it worked once .. now it just crashes again

Very awful bad app , the old version was better, I can't open the app, attachment ( pdf , etc ) For an older version

App no longer works. Can't get past the new password screen, that asks for a password that I have never made.

Demands that I create a password, but do not allow me to proceed. No error, just .. nothing happens when I press continue.

Used to work flawlessly, now it crashes immediately when trying to open it. Totally unusable now...

Can't click links or copy/paste text, numbers etc. this makes the app super bad to use as I can't easily pay bills or open whatever is sent to me. This was possible before, please re-enable.

Worst app, just get your mail the old fashioned way, it will save you from SO MUCH TROUBLE! I don't even know where to begin there soooooo many problems. But for starters, no reply? There's a reply button for messages, but it doesn't work! Always (ALWAYS) says an error has occurred, well yes I know it was an error to download this app, but don't flash it in my face like that..

In the new app it is not possible to download documents to device. This was an essential and very useful feature which worked just fine in the old app. Please fix. Edit November 13th 2020: Still no way to download letters as PDF. Instead a complete useless feature, which, very annoyingly, keeps popping up after login, asking if I would like notifications about "plus content". I use e-boks almost on daily basis, and I have never needed any of the "plus" functionality.

The fingerprint option doesn't work and the keep signed in options is also faulty. I have to sign in with my password every time, even when both are enabled. Somehow I was also told that I couldn't open any messages because I needed to sign in with "mobile access" which prompted me to sign in again. Doing so resulted in a loop of sign ins doing nothing. I had to disable the fingerprint unlock and keep me signed in options in order to fix the loop - not a big deal since they don't work anyway.
