E-BOX Stream

Doesn't work, merely points the brower (Chrome, which is recommended in the FAQ) to the URL where the streaming platform is, which in turn tries to open the videos in the app, thus creating a vicious cycle and crashing the app. Same result on two current android flagships.

I prefer the individual touch screen. This attempt could be to reduce fuel consumption that generates the electricity distribution to all individual touch screens. But, if Etihad seriously considers guest's preferences first, a simple survey could help.

If it was possible to give zero star... I would. App Doesn't work, except for flight details and even that lacks the graphics that come with touch screen. There's also this error that you need to launch it when connected to other wifi yet when in normal wifi it tells you you can only use it in flight mode!

I'm a frequent flyer in Etihad. Must say this is a great app. You can watch all that the screens used to give you, added that now the tab can be kept to your liking angle, and when you need a nap you won't have to deal with the unintentional glare of a sleeping neighbor's screen.

Does not open. Redirects to website where the videos buffer and stop randomly. Might work better if you can access the app but it says it needs to be launched on WIFI once but you cant do it unless you're connected to the Etihad Wifi!

Rubbish. Takes you to the website rather than opening in the app. When I did manage to play music it played a song for 10 seconds and then stopped for no reason. Shocking service from Etihad Airways

No updates for year now. Doesn't work properly on Lenovo Yoga tab 3, unable to stream due to app glitch. Also make it available to download inflight, as without app 90% of movie are not working, even do Etihad promotes browser as player.

Aweful app. open chrome browser always, instead of working within app. Also phone crashed several times while tryong to play movie. Got fed up and closed the app. Etihad has to fo a better job...

Works totally fine. The only setback, you have to wait until the seatbelt sign is turned off after the take off. Definately worth downloading it.

Plz get rid of this app and add the TVs back on the plane. I get that you're modernizing plans with new and advanced technology but using our mobile phones won't work.

U pay the same price for the ticket.. and u hve 2 download the app, wasting you're battery and I think people prefer the traditional touch screen. Pls change it back

I dont like this idea of taking off thr seat screen .what if i travel with kids whodonot have smart phones . This can be an alternative but not a replacement

Worst app .. doesn't open anything in the app. As their WiFi is limited and only open in Browser ... But the easeness is very bad.. please reputed airlines like you guys be make some good app for the customers...

This app doesn't seem to work...the movie was loading the whole time.

Etihad expecting every passenger in each seat to have mobile phone whether its 2+ years or 60+ years also you need to have your headphone ( etihad wobt provide one)....nonsense user experience..

not a good solution. without headphone its very rude to use it in flight....

It has all the capability of becoming a wonderful app. It is really good already. Can't believe that I'm the first one to review. Nothing much to say other than that.

the app is just a button which forwards you to the browser.
