This app has never given me any major problems for the past two years but these days it has stopped opening at all. I am trying to open it from a week but nothing works out. Everytime I want to open it, it says, "Unfortunately ecare has stopped." Its not for a single time that I can neglect, please fix this issue asap. All my imprtant work is associated with this app kindly look into this.
Your payment partner paytm has error in credit card payment option by not accepting CVV data. It was working fine since 3 years but now stuck. It is accepting 4 digit CVV but not 3 digit and error is displayed as choose a payment source to proceed further. Team ecare please consider issue seriously and rectify asap.

I would give this app only 1 star because if the teachers are sending photos and audios the why this app doesn't allow the students to send photos and audios.this is a very much big reason gmfor your 1 star🙁
The app got worse... I can't even open the app... When ever you try to open it, the whole screen freezes and after a few seconds you get kicked to home screen.... Fix it ASAP..
Ecare not opening since few days. Although it is opening in my iphone but it's not opening in my Android phone inspite of uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Please look into the issue.
Please do something about the attendance option it's not opening. Whenever I click on the attendance button the app closes automatically. Please do something about this...
What the hell is wrong with e-Care Pro these days. The app freezes even before it opens.
With new update its getting log out after touching on some button, like attendance. Very irritating. Plz fix the bugs.
Worst app I have ever used.Just gives unless notification and when I click it noting is available!!! I highly recommend to not use this app!!
It's a very slow app. When I edit something it's show's after 4 to 5 days.

Very bad app. I say this because there is always some or the other issuse with it. Sometimes it logs out automatically. It is very difficult to put the password and username again and again. Another problem is network error. I have missed few of my online exams because it shows ' error while receiving response from the server' though my network is perfectly working... This app needs to be improved.... It is a very unfavorable app.. 👎👎👎
I use this app to connect my kids' school. It is although good but very slow. It does not allow me to send message to anyone who has not sent message earlier - I mean we cannot send message to a new recipient though this was easy in basic version. In case I have more than one account then, it is very time consuming task to switch between accounts. SMS should mention somewhere in header about class for which message is recieved. Also, it does not allow to submit leave application for past days.

Such a pain, the app don't even gets downloaded. I assume it would more problematic even after it gets downloaded. Creator's please put up better work and get the app working.. Will change my rating after using it hopefully. Edit 1 - The app has got installed and it's working fine now. Hope it won't be problematic as other has reviewed. After using a couple of days I've give it 3 star, will do another reviews after using it for atleast a month now.
Fransican Ecare Support Team is sleeping! Don't make an app if you can't maintain! Frustrating, Irritating Worst, not working off late. Getting logged out frequently and randomly. Thereafter it doesn't accept proper user id and password. Prompts that fill proper userid when same userid has been in use since beginning and also accepted by this rubbish app a few days ago. Even typing in password box seems non responsive initially then suddenly all text appears at a time. Too bad.
