This app is absolutely useless. It won't even launch. All I get is a pop up saying "an error has occurred". Trying to use on Android 11. About to find a different credit union with a better working app. E-Central needs to do better.
This is probably the worst credit union ever: glitchy app and website, not many services offered at the ONE branch they have or online, it takes on hour+ just to speak with a customer service rep, they are still using covid as a lame excuse to only be open 3 days per week, and when you get there they are rude and not seem to communicate well, also they only have 2 reps working at a time, I took my money out and closed my accounts.
Love this credit Union, but wished it opened Saturdays at least. The App has been great though! Easy to navigate, and always displays correct balance info.
I was able to deposit via phone with ease. However, there was no confirmation number to support the transaction was, at least, completed, even if not yet deposited. That made me nervous.
I think E-Central banking is awesome because they let me know of any upcoming changes that are going to happen in the near future. My nearest bank is quite away from where I live but thanks to the mobile app I'm able to do all my transactions.
easy to log on and maneuver. like the instant balance feature.
Since my bank isn't near where I live, I love that I can bank online. The app is simple and easy to navigate.

This app is pretty basic like their website. Feels like one of the first apps ever made. It doesn't do much but transfer money between your accounts. Need Zelle so you can transfer to and from external accounts. Lets go Ecentral, catch up! You guys are falling way behind. Update: since my initial review, E-central has improved tremendously and exceeded my expectations. They've gotten what I complained about and more.
