Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD), the City of Eastvale, the Rubidoux Community Services District (RCSD), and the City of Jurupa Valley have partnered to offer E-Citizen, a real-time mobile civic engagement platform. E-citizen is a free and simple way to report non-emergency issues within the boundaries of JCSD and RCSD service area, and the Cities of Eastvale and Jurupa Valley such as:

• Code Enforcement
• Graffiti
• Illegal Dumping
• Park Maintenance
• Potholes
• Water (leaks, flooding, etc.)

The Ap needs to be fixed. After entering location, it freezes and allows no further input.

It won't let me submit a report type. There is a broken pipe at harada park by the dog park from one of the JCSD trucks running over water line

After app update I can no longer put in a request. It would stop after I choose location. Request Type is all blank. 😕
