Im trying to open this application but it gave me the message pos IM SI is not defined, even if i try with simcard or wifi, so what's the problem

you just need internet connection

The app is good only if there is fast internet, but the problem is that in the store i dont get good internet speed and because of that the app pops up a message after filling all long details and says Server Failed, this is really annoying.

This not working IMSI is not defined error plz give me solution
