It's great when it works. As of late, the thing crashes with each new phone update. For some reason it never works late at night. Like the 12am-4am timeframe. The app seems to just have it's own hours so that's cool and totally not inconvenient. When it actually works though it's a good app and easy to use, just please expand your programming team to make the app function as intended.

I'm sorry but I'm giving this app a 2⭐ because it has been down for months..I'm very disappointed with this app..I know y'all said you are working on it..But come on how long does it take to fix it, REALLY? I have an💡 idea..Why don't you just start over..Destroy this app and make another app for the bank..But please do something..I'm sorry but I don't think 🤔 it should take this long..I mean if the app is that messed up, to where you are still working on it..Then it needs to be replaced..

Works well. Private. No glitches/ crashes that I've experienced. Easy to use and navigate (in my opinion.) Maybe showing the balance after each transaction could be helpful? Mobile check deposits are a breeze. Zelle was really easy to set up and use (has an in app function)

Functionality of the app is okay. It is really annoying that it stays open in the background and keeps a persistent notification saying that the app is still active. Please just let Android decide when to kill the app when it has become inactive and get rid of the notification icon.

Almost every other time I try to log in, the app completely freezes and I can't click on anything. I constantly get a "we can't access your account right now" its great when it works, but its only about half the time

I was a little confused at first since i don't use this app on my phone, but then i saw the "done" button in the keyboard after trying to swipe the screen several times..so the process went much better after that!

Used to work great. Now for weeks all it does is open and immediately close out and it I try it again it gives an error message to report the issue. I've don't that about a million times. Still doesn't work.

Useless!!! Every single time I try to get into it I get an error. Ever single time and so far no one has been able to do anything about it. When you can get in it's great, but other than that, useless. Someone please fix this issue

Haven't been able to login since loading this app. Freezing, not responding, etc! Very annoying!

My only problem with this app. Is that whenever you update it, I end up locked out and have difficulty logging in.

Cannot use app since latest update. Says my phone is rooted when it is not and will not allow me to access my accounts.

Unfortunately been great up to now I've been getting the error unable to proceed further than that. Until it will be fixed the app has been good to me.

Can't use it and I do t have the ability to go up to the bank or call them so I have no idea how much money or any I have FIX THE APP PEOPLE.

Easy to use and secure

When trying to open the app, it closes and message says: error this app has a bug

Every time I open the app to check my accounts it closes out before I can even login

Wish my mobile deposit went In faster since the bank is closed after I get off work and doesn't offer outside business hours deposit anymore. Otherwise I enjoy being able to see what funds I have in my accounts. Moving funds around is easy also.

Will delete your username and password every time it updates. Customer service will imply it's your fault for having a Google Pixel phone. Worst customer service experience ever. Thinking of closing my account.

Slow to download.7 attempts over 3 days to make this deposit. Not acceptable grrr .
