The DVR box says "SD Card format required" approximately ever 30 seconds to a minute - most stupid time repetition period ever. It won't allow me to connect since I've changed the wifi name the app continues to tell me I'm connected to something else even when connected to DVR box. I'm getting real sick of listening to it tell me non stop it requires formatting
Since updating to Android 9.0 the app keeps searching for the wifi network despite already being connected! After a little while it tells me "E-FOCUS cannot locate AP. AP name: FOCUS." I've reinstalled the app, factory resetted the box and I'm not sure what more I can do!
Does not work on android. Can't find anymore on apple store. I think they've pulled it due to lack of app support. This essentially renders the video unit completely useless. AVOID BUYING AT ALL COSTS!
My dad had gotten me the dash cam for Christmas and we just installed it today. However, I haven't been able to even get the app to connect to my phone. It's very disappointing considering that we had just installed it today after a recommendation from his friend.
Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased your device in my car and my wife car but the app will not connect keep say cannot find FOCUS These are the step I have taken Uninstall the app and reinstalled. Cleaned my phone to factory settings Reset Blackbody and format SD Connect manual with wifi with no problem but the app will not see it. Please help What is the point of connecting dashcam if you cannot connect to it I am running pixal 2xl Android pie 9 November patch

Cannot connect to WiFi. App keeps scanning and finally says cannot find AP name. Using Pixel 2XL on Android Pie.

Had for one year and the black box is telling me to check cable connections and gps connection I have no idea who to contact to get help

This app was never great to start with, now it's totally unusable. Can't connect to the black box WiFi network (yes password is correct) and when I do connect and open the app the wifi disconnects. Tried emailing customer service and after a week no response at all! Cannot recommend this app, product or company. Seriously considering ripping it all out of the car and eating the cost of installing an entirely new hardware/software system so long as this company isn't involved with the production in anyway (even making the packaging!). Pixel 2XL, Android 9.0
