Worst app ever! The delivery took too long and most of them are not contactable. I would highly recommend Foodpanda or Nham24. Egets is a terrible app
Average food delivery app. Interface is okay-ish. 3D map is unusable and truly a bad idea in terms of UI. Restaurant and delivery are usually fast though. I just use this app to order Chinese food I can't find elsewhere. For any other food, there are much better apps around.
One of the worst app user interfaces I've ever seen. Very buggy and the English version is extremely difficult to navigate. Uninstalled after 10 minutes of trying to order food.
The delivery staff have excellent attitude and fast speed.
sent a rice with stir-fried chicken and mix veg, when the dish was clearly stated vegetarian rice with stir-fried vegetables. People with allergy or special diets, AVOID IT 100%. Customer service didn't even bother to ask if a replacement is needed. HAD TO DEMAND INSISTENTLY JUST TO GET A REFUND FOR THEIR MISTAKE. WASTED MORE THAN 2 HOURS, AND WORSE OF ALL, DIDN'T HAD ANYTHING TO EAT AFTER THAT. AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS.
Worst Delivery Experience of my life. Ordered pizza from Collins resteraunt and opted to pre-pay for the order. Made the order and the money was debited from my account. Delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes but worst of it is the driver demanded I pay cash for the order. I showed him the proof of payment and the deduction from my account. Still insisted I pay cash even having 3 other drivers threaten me. So I advise never use prepayment with these guys or better yet use one of the other apps.
Good of service
I would give u five stars of the app with so much of discount items. But every time i press order even i stay in my house i put the location in my house the app always said that im not living there and can be paid with only online payment. PLEASE CHECK IT.
Ordered food and paid with its E-payment, yet the balance is cut but the food is cancelled. Asked the hotline and they did not respond to the lost. You just lost a customer.
I think this app is very useful and make the world easier. We can eat everything and everywhere whenever we need food by this app. Thanks for creating this app for us.

We got our order cancelled by the merchant and we paid the order already via card and it's been 3 months already and no refund yet. Frustrating because the process of claiming your refund is not customer friendly.

You should call to customer after it automatically cancelled ... I've been waited for an hour and end up by auto cancelled

The worst cashless payment method ever, cancellation have to wait 3-7 days for refund.
I used this app since it's created. The service is great but it's getting worse than i thought. When i use cashless payment, there's a problem with it like dont have enough ingredient auto cancel etc. Dude i dont have that much money to re-order it. Also i cant wait for my refund for a week. Im done with this.
